Came on a Saturday morning and the wait was way too long. Arrived at 7:55am and there was about 40 people in the waiting room. Many were standing. It was not until after 10 that they actually ran my insurance. I did not leave until 11:36am! Even the people with appointment were waiting close to an hour at one point. Even though appointments are really hard to get and usually 2 – 3 weeks out, it is a much better option.

I hate that I have have routine blood work ever 90 days and am pretty much forced to go to this location because it’s convenient and its coveted under my insurance. The staff is so incredibly rude! The phlebotomist are very nice however. The people at the front desk where you sign in and take your script are just terrible. I’m not sure how they stay employed. The worst one ever is Sara! The corporate office doesn’t seem to care. I called once and they never called back. How hard can the job be really. Make photo copies of DL insurance cards and call a toll free number to verify coverage. I don’t believe there’s any reason in the world they should be allowed to disrespect anyone. It’s terrible. I can hold my own and will only go there so he an appointment but I see many seniors there that get spoken down too. I feel like I should speak up for them. They ladies at the window yell at them, really is that necessary? These are seniors and most are hard of hearing. Where has the empathy and compassionate gone in the world? Enough said.

Long wait times. Dirty facilities. Expect to spend half a day here. Appointments not available unless you can wait a weak. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Can’t say a bad thing about this place. Went yesterday for a blood test and was very apprehensive based on the reviews. First off, I am terrified of needles and the guy was so gentle. It was a miracle. I had been freaking out over this for a week. The gentleman who did the procedure was very understanding of this 33 year old lunatic. The wait was maybe 15 minutes and the place was very clean and efficient.

I’ve been waiting almost an hour past my appointment for a Drug Test for a new job. This is unacceptable and will be notifying my company. At least those in the very full waiting room haven’t rebelled-​yet.

El personal de labotatorio muy bueno, pero el frente es pesimo y careless.
1) En mi segunda visita la joven que me atendio me pidio la indicacion del medico, se la entrego, un minuto despues me dice que no se la di, insisto que si se la di, que nisiquiera tengo bolsillos y sali con ella del carro y se la entregue hace un minuto cuando me la pidio, pero ella no tuvo la cortesia de revisar, me estaba mandando a visitar el doctor para que me de otra prescription, me hace ir al carro a rebuscar, regreso donde ella y le digo que se la di, que no esta en otro lado, ella insiste que visite mi doctor para que me de otra indicacion, insito y le pido que revise en uno de sus folders y exactamente estaba en su folder, pero ella se asusto cuando vio la prescription y no tuvo la etica de aceptar su falta, lo contrario trato de cerrar el folder para que yo no vea que estaba ahi, yo le exclame que mi documento esta en el folder, yo lo vi!!, favor volver a abrirlo, y media nerviosa lo abrio y ahi lo encontro.
2) The second time were careless again, they sent the bill to Conventry when I provided them other insurance, now I am having strugle with my ensure to ensure they pay the sencond bill they sent, because now there is confusion between the doctor charge and the Labcorp test, because of their careless now I would take the risk that my insurance do not pay.

Last time that I ever go to one of these labs. Nasty irresponsible people working in the reception of that office on Sheridan St in Hollywood, FL. I made an appointment on their website for 11:30 A.M. My sister has dementia so she gets nervous when she is in a place a long time. I arrived at 11 A. Gave the receptionist paperwork, ins card. I was going to give her my sister’s ID and she did not want it. That is very strange. How does she know if it is my sister??. Sat down and at 11: 35 went over to the recepcionist and told her at what time they were going to take my sister. In that moment, a girl in the back, oh Ok I will call her. My sister’s paperwork was in another desk. People went in. People that had come afterwards. At 12 NOON I went over and I said, hey what is going on, she said, sir you have to wait and I said no, I don not have to take this. After five minutes they let her in. My sister had not eaten anything since the day before. I have to say that Mercedes is a professional. Very caring lady and very courteous. .These people who are the office and greet people do not have any manners. They do not care about anything. You are losing me I am sure that a lot of people think the same way. You know what, we are not in China. We have a lot of options and now, I know that we will never visit your company.

Terrible terrible service and extremely long wait time. The lady next to me was a diabetic and was fasting since 7am when she got there and it was already 12 noon. She felt like she was going to faint and they told her they attended appointments before walk-​ins. However you cant get an appointment unless you are getting blood drawn. Not for urine/​drug tests or anything else. Many people were waiting all day long and the receptionist was really rude. Someone even called the corporate number and they told her she had to wait at least 24 hours for them to look into what she was telling them.

Useless… Came in for a drug test the day before was unable to see me was told with appointment was better… what a joke… I was there 10 minutes before my appointment… I was processes behind the 30 people in front of me who didn’t have an appointment… The sign in gives you an option to state if you have appointment or not.

Walk ins are not worth it. They absolutely are not. I had to go in for bloodwork, meaning I was not permitted to eat for at least seven hours prior.
We got there at 9:30 AM to a waiting room packed with forty-​eight people. The reception staff was rude and dismissive, and it became immediately obvious that they triple book appointments, so even if you have one you still may be there for hours.
Their information indicates that you shouldn’t bring your children, but there were entire families taking up space with strollers and screaming toddlers.
We watched patiently as everyone who came before us popped in, and then increasingly less so as people who came long afterward came and went.
Checked with the guy at the reception window and saw my paperwork at the top of the pile, so I asked how long the wait might be.
«Two or three more hours, maybe?»
This place is a joke, and definitely not a funny one. If you have to visit, make an appointment.
I’d encourage you to go virtually anywhere else.

This place is a nightmare. I never been to an office so unorganized. Patients with 10am appointments not seen till 1:50pm. Staff members are rude. Angry patients in the waiting area. Management here really needs to fix their ways. Very sad.

This is maybe one of the worst companies I have dealt with from a customer service perspective
I waited three hours, unable to book an appointment (Tamarac location). They screwed up my order and omitted three tests. I had to go back and they made me wait again another two hours and were extremely rude to me

Horrible horrible service. The lady at the front desk treats you like crap so does everyone else. I showed up at opening time 700 am and still had to wait a few hours

Getting an appointment at ANY of their locations is a feat. Hope your needs are not urgent because I was unable to schedule a morning appointment unless I went over a month out. The phone reps told me walk-​ins can take three hours or so. Yeah, I don’t think so! My time is valuable, too! This place needs more staff or more locations if they can’t handle all their referrals. I wish my doctor’s office gave me the option of going elsewhere.

Yep, this place is horrible.
Rude people at the front desk always telling me a credit card is required. No it’s not! I’ve already called corporate and confirmed.
I usually have an appointment and they give me attitude saying that they can take me up to 30 minutes past my appointment time!!! It doesn’t say that anywhere on their website when you make the appointment.
