We specialize in focaccia it means pizza bread with all different kinds of topping.
History
Established in 2015.
We started as a bakery making all types of bread and pastry and looking for an establishment to start a business, we had the opportunity to work with Yellow Green Farmers Market so we look around and we wanted to created something different, something that the market did not have already, so I spoke to the manager of yg farmers and I ask him does the market sales pizza? his answer was no we don’t, so since have never make a pizza before but as a Chef I had make bread, I combine a few techniques, recipes and I came out with the best pizza crust.
