Not a very good experience at this place! I have had two very negative experiences here. They are not professional at all!
1. The first time I went there, A lady scheduled me to bring the car back the same day for them to look at my speakers and rear view camera. When I came back, the installation guy that was suppose to look at my vehicle was not there, she sent him on another job!, I received no call from them to let me know about this and showed up to my appointment for nothing! It was a waste of time
2. On Thursday, Feb. 4, 2015 I went there again, hopefully looking for a better experience. The manager came out to greet me, a male this time and took my information, wrote it all down and scheduled me for Saturday, February 6^th. He told me he would call me on Saturday morning to confirm. By noon on Saturday morning I received no call so I called them and the manager was not there and the gentlemen that I spoke to said he had no knowledge of my appointment and would call the manager. Needless to say, I never received a call back from these people.

This place is awesome. Mark and his guy’s are good people, they made me feel comfortable. The prices are perfect and the work is better. I would definitely recommend Elite Auto to anyone that needs Tint, Alarm, Stereo, and HID’S. They do it all and quickly also. Call in and make an appointment.

. I went there originally in September to get my breathalyzer put in for DIRT CHEAP. This place has the cheapest prices in town HANDS DOWN!!! The installation took 30 minutes total from drive in to drive out. I went back on Monday 11÷16÷15 to get my device calibrated and it only took 2 minutes honestly. I will go here and get my windows tented when I get my $$$$$$$$$$$$$ right. I am a reminder and an «coordinator» so it can be a challenge to fix on my car sometimes. But he was very patient and answered every question that I had. Because of that amount of patience and professionalism I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to any female that doesn’t know much about cars or what she may want. Everything will be explained to you thoroughly. A female works as an associate so don’t worry about some one trying to take advantage of you.

Went here two times then was given a appointment after waiting for a week I went on my appointment day and the girl said I’m not in the system and said come at the end of the week. So I waited another four days then went on Friday and she said sorry it was a confusion come on Wednesday. These people are a joke owner says one thing then when you call he never honers what he says and never answers phone calls they are scam artists people stay away.

I had over 2000 $ in work done that ended up costing me $ 800 in multiple replacement batteries over several years and $ 400 to repair. Mark (the «owner») seems like a straight shooter but will look you directly in to the eye and lie. He is not a person of integrity. They have the worst scheduling and customer service I have ever experienced. On two occasions I scheduled appointments and upon arrival was told I had no appointment. I called 8 times and stopped by twice to resolve this and Mark did not call back… at all. I had to keep showing up and was told“you’ll have to come by early to catch him. I rarely leave reviews but I feel it is my duty to protect my fellow Unilocalers. Use an established company with corporate support for your alarm and stereo installation so your not hung out to dry if you have an issue. Don’t trust your alarm or surveillance to this B rate small time business. In the end Had to pay them an additional $ 400.00 to fix the short they created in the first place and that wasn’t even done right.

Just got my new Dodge Charger tinted. Elite was very professional. Staff was nice and they delivered what they promised. They were also thorough with how I needed to maintain my film tint. They also used a very good grade. Highly recommend.

Elite just tinted the windows in two of my cars. A 2014 Mazda 3 S Grand Touring and a 2014 Challenger R/​T. They did a killer job. Immaculate work. No bubbles, cuts, wrinkles. Flawless. Went with 20 on the backs and 35 of the driver and passenger side doors per Mark’s (the owner) recommendation and he was right. The blend is great.
They used 3M tinting which to my understanding is the preferred film to use. They gave me a great deal on both cars. Knocked off about 20%.
Had each car done in about an hour and a half. Totally satisfied about the work and the price. Looking forward to having a backup camera installed by these guys soon.
I don’t know why some other reviewers say they are expensive. I think their prices are great. See for yourself.

This place is GREAT! I took my new Ford Fiesta for window tint & got excellent customer service. The guy who did my tint took his time to explain all the different %of tints available and which one would be best for me. I would definitely recommend this place. Keep up the GOOD WORK.

Brought a vehicle in to these crooks in MARCH to have a new Pioneer stereo and GPS system put in, paid $ 1400 in FULL, got the vehicle back and things were NOT installed properly or functioning properly, NOT connected to the steering wheel, which was a part of the original $ 1400 already PAID in FULL.
We brought the vehicle back 4 SEPARATE times for repair, and kept getting the run around. The OWNER MARK said he needed to wait to get a particular part in, and kept stalling and delaying and making excuse after excuse. The OWNER MARK said he would install the small part for FREE for the inconvenience once it came in. Finally MONTHS later the part «came in» and we brought he car back to have it installed. First they said it would be $ 100, then when we went to pick it up they said it would be $ 225, after being told by the OWNER that is was going to be done as a courtesy. They refused to honor the agreement in place or honor their «lifetime warranty» or ANY or their shoddy work for that matter. They REFUSED to release the vehicle without being paid the $ 225 that we NEVER agreed to. They left our vehicle sitting out with NO protection on an open lot. We went and picked it up with a second set of keys.
We have now spent almost 3 MONTHS getting the runaround from this SHADY owner MARK, who has held onto our key ring, which has other valuable keys on it, while refusing to get on the phone and answer why he was not honoring the agreement to install this small part and FINISH the job that was already PAID IN FULL. We have called and texted DOZENS upon DOZENS of times. He is NEVER available, NEVER returns calls or messages and has now insisted that the ONLY way he will release our keys is if we pay the $ 225 in CASH only. This guys is a CROOK.
Seriously, who runs a business like this?
«ELITE AUDIO» What a JOKE try «SHODDY SUBPAR AUDIO» If that’s your desire, to receive crap work, be OVERCHARGED, LIED TO, and be treated like garbage and have your keys held for MONTHS all so the owner can attempt to EXTORT a measly $ 225 out of you, then YES, THIS is your place!
We are filing a police report and lawsuit against this shady company, for loss and subsequent damages due to their SHODDY work and BREACH of contract.
AVOID like the plague.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. Had all the parts I needed to be back to listening to my iPod again while in my car. Highly recommend you pop in for all your stereo needs!!! A+++
