Kenny is awesome. He is extremely attentive, provides great customer service, and has very ethical business standards which is so important. Many people try and scam you taking your money in this business. He explains everything in detail to assure me I’m in good hands. The whole staff is just very welcoming. Totally recommend as a private customer and for bigger businesses. Extremely reliable!

Both Kenny and his employee Jamal are awesome. They were able to fix my computer quickly and efficiently and also had fair prices. If you have any issues with your computer, this is the place to go to. These guys are both friendly and professional. I wouldn’t take my computer anywhere else!

I am simply blown away. I had a massive project to do for work when suddenly my laptop ground to a halt in terms of operating. I frantically called Computer Services at the end of the day hoping that they were not closed and got Kenny who instructed me on how to allow him access to fix my computer remotely. I watched as he worked from my screen with speed and skill deftly moving through my system and isolating issues and problems that had brought my laptop to a standstill. Over the course of a few hours he was able to find hundreds of issues (something I would not have believed had I not seen him doing the work myself). Hours later, 11pm and he was still working on the issues. I questioned if he was still at work and his response was «I am here until the job gets done.»
Utterly blown away by the professionalism, courtesy, and needless to say — helping me in a time of desperate need.
I can not emphasize enough — nobody else even comes close in terms of ability and services to Kenny P. You would be doing yourself a disservice not coming into his shop for all of your Computer Servicing needs.

Fast and Friendly! Had my laptop back in 24 hours and it was a like a brand new computer. I was told the problem and what it would cost to fix and would get a call when done. When dropping off and picking up, I met some really nice ladies — only spoke to Kenny over the phone but the ladies in the shop were the embodiment of customer service!

Computer Services by Kennny P is the only place I go for computer repair. The owner Kenny P cares so much about his customers and explains the computer problems in a way that we can understand. I was in South Florida for a family vacation when my computer randomly died. I was able to call CSbyKP and was immediately able to speak to the owner. He let me bring in my computer on the weekend and fixed it on the same day. Awesome Service! Once I was back home in Denver I had a problem with my software and he logged into my computer remotely and was able to help me at no charge! If I am ever back in South Florida and in need of computer services Kenny will be my first stop!

I took my computer to Kenny a while back after contracting a terrible virus (I know, I’m an idiot). The virus pretty much blocked me from accessing all of my programs after start up and preventing me from opening task manager. After taking my computer to Kenny, my computer worked better than ever. He was really affordable and made sure to go the extra mile by cleaning up my computer and installing a free anti-​virus software on it. I would recommend Kenny over any of the computer repair shops in Hollywood. He is a down to Earth guy who is in the business for passion and not money.
