History

Established in 2010.

Abdaliz has been baking her whole life, starting as a child with her grandmother, who taught her the craft. in 2001, she was featured on the Food Network’s «Follow That Food» with Gordon Elliot for her Key Lime Pie. Over the years, she has provided desserts for restaurants, individuals, non-​profit organizations and others. Cake Whimsy is the culmination of a lifetime of preparation.

Business Owner

Abdaliz «Abby» is the chief cake maker. She is primarily responsible for the design, baking, and construction of all custom cakes. Her husband, Adolfo, serves as her willing slave.
