Very nice on the phone, but didn’t do their job right. Valued the money over their customer and we were told since we weren’t happy customers (this was our first encounter with C&C Plumber) then we should find someone else. Wow! We would have used them as a return customer because they had exhibited good customer service and politeness. Amazing! Completely goes against what I have experienced from local southern Maryland business owners. Don’t waste your time, as per their recommendation, go to someone else if you want to be a happy customer.
