Just left my first session with Bruce, and it was a great experience. And he was able to fit us in right away I went there with my mom and you can very quickly noticed that there is a lot of truth and wisdom in this technique. I’ll check in after a few more sessions. He came to me through a good friend who has incredible posture and balance in his body.

I’m simply amazed at this process. I’ve been struggling with pain and tension in my shoulder/​neck/​back for the last decade after surgeries on both shoulders. The recovery process has been challenging, to say the least. Since I’ve started to work with Bruce, it has sped up by a ten fold. I can feel my neural system reconnecting again with muscles that have been dormant/​dysfunctional for years. It’s incredible. I can’t recommend alphabiotics and Bruce enough to anyone.

I initially came because a good friend referred me. She told me that it was not only helping her back (she and I both sit most out day) but also explained to me about how this technique focuses on relieving stress and balancing the hemispheres of the brain. I don’t consider myself a stressed individual or brain hemispheric-​ally off balance per se. Yet, after feeling for it I realized how much residual stress I was holding from past life situations, not to mention an old rotator cuff injury I had begun to ignore caused me to compensate to my right side. I took a chance despite not really wanting to claim any stress, admitting my body was imbalanced, and curious about the brain hemisphere balancing. I did some of my own research online and decided to come in and give it a go. I came in to see Bruce at the Hollywood location and I’ve been coming for almost a month and am nearing my 5^th session. On the first he pointed out my hip imbalance of one inch, leaning lower to the left and also my right arm was hanging an inch longer on the right. Not to mention from compensating for my left rotator cuff injury my whole left side was substantially weaker than my right. After this first session he adjusted both my hips and arms, and somehow got my left side to strengthen very close to that of my right side. I left feeling loads better after these adjustments, as I felt pain from pain release, it caused me to sleep like a baby that night and until I came for my second session. By then I had already felt a boost in energy which I was starting to lack. By the third session my pain from my rotator cuff was subsiding rapidly and my mobility is increasing to as it was prior to the injury.
By this fourth session I’m convinced… I’m sleeping regularly, waking up earlier and staying active longer, getting more done creatively (which is extremely necessary in my field) and finally feeling old cricks and pains fade. Bruce is doing people a grand service of offering his talents at an affordable price. I just got healthcare, however, I did not officially receive my benefits until after I came.

For the last two years I have been struggling with some anxiety episodes, which I didn’t want to control through traditional meds. Going through a major and stressful life transition, I also ended up re-​injuring my bad shoulder (repetitive dislocation). I came in to work one day, with my shoulder all wrapped in kinetic tape, and seeing me in such state, one of my clients insisted I see dr. Fulford.
I’m glad she did. Dr Fulford is an engaged and caring naturopathic professional. I trust him, because he made a major difference in my discomfort stemming from overuse of my shoulders (I do body treatments, which are tough on my upper body). He helps me keep my anxiety in check and explained how the stress level in my daily life is affecting alignment, and how that in turn causes my reoccurring shoulder issues.
I’ve also was able to get some great guidance on diet adjustment, as I suffer from major food intolerance. So I’m a happy regular patient.
