How can I give negative stars? I guess it does not matter for them to have bad reviews because it is not like the common Joe is looking to hire a tow truck. But it needs to be publicly stated that these guys are criminals. Disgusting animals. I went to the bank and parked within the bank’s own parking lot but apparently some of the spots are reserved for a health clinic. Well, all of the bank spots were taken so I figured no big deal to park in this other spot as I was just going in to cash a check. There is no possible way that in the amount of time it takes to cash a check that someone would notice I was in the wrong spot and then have the time to get a tow truck over. But these shady criminals keep their truck out on patrol. They are so deceitful that they actually pay people to sit in the parking lot to watch for someone parking in the wrong spot and then moments later tow you away. Want more proof that they are crooks? When I arrived to their towing facility, it looked like downtown Baghdad with barbwire all over the place. This Unilocal listing address is different than the one I went to at 2550 Park Road. They do not permit you to enter their office and you must get your car back by going up to a bullet proof window that is incredibly tinted. Even they know they are shady and that is why they bunker themselves in. It is sad that your business comes down to paying people to snitch and have tow trucks on patrol to tow someone after mere minutes. They should change their name to Ransom Towing. By the way, Merry Christmas you heartless thugs.

I parked with a sign that said it was just for the doctors office. Not permit only or not reserved for and from the time I got out of the car walk past the car to the building 100 feet away there was a tow truck backing up to my car. Like a scene out of a movie I waved at him which he claims he did not see and then he proceeded to put the car up on the fork.
I made a call to the Hollywood Police and they said that it was private property and I tried to call the doctors office that has these spots and they seem to not have a number. After having four police officers come here and tried to find any alternate solution I paid the guy 53 dollars to take my car off the fork and went along my day. I give them two stars because of their ninja like skills, but as nice as he was it kind of ruined my day and being right beside the car with no clear indication of permit being needed it kind of sucked.
So I understand that there are so many people that illegally park and then gripe about it because they got caught, but be warned this group will get you in 30 seconds. Like a NASCAR pit team.

Polite, fast, clean truck, driver in uniform, even the hooks we all shinny. I’d use this company again for sure
