Super fast service. Staff was friendly and costs of tire repair was reasonable. They could have lied and charged more but were able to fix our rear tire with a simple patch.

the absolute worst place to take your car for service.
1. charged 43.75 for service their add says free
2. charged 260.00 for a part that costs 120.00 at autozone .25 miles away
3. charged 75.00 for a fan belt.
overall over-​chagred 300.00 on 600.00 job.
beware do not go there-​better to have car towed to a real shop than worked on there… they got me cause i broke down in driveway!!!11
crooks, cheats, theives, and just underhanded and crooked.

this was my first time here. They conducted an oil change and patched a hole in my tire, which another shop couldn’t even find, in a half hour. Very friendly and professional. Not perfect but I am now a big fan and will certainly be back.

Justin and Jo are terrific. I have been going here for 15 years. They have always called and shared with me what their diagnostics have found before I authorize the repairs. They have enven given me a ride home and picked me up at times. I have never felt like they did anything that was unnecessary or too costly. I would recommend Carroll’s to anyone in the Holly Springs vicinity.

I’ve been here a few times for oil changes, inspections, and most recently got 4 new tires. So far, I feel pretty comfortable taking my car here. I asked them to check to see if I had an oil leak, and they came back and told me that I did but it wouldn’t be worth it to repair it at this time since it’s such a small hole and it would cost around $ 400 to fix it. I really appreciated their honesty and didn’t feel like I was being swindled or taken advantage of.

I wish I still lived in Holly Springs because Carroll’s is one of the few car repair shops that I didn’t immediately feel defensive walking in to. I never felt like they were trying to swindle me or just look out for money here, which is a problem I usually have at repair shops.
Quite the opposite, when I was having problems with one of my old cars, the mechanics here told me in a very straight forward manner that there was tons of work we could put into it to fix the current problems the car was having, but there were a billion other issues with the car that could probably never really get fixed and that I was better off selling it. It was advice I took, and I’m glad that I did. That thing was a death trap.
I would like to move this place to somewhere much closer to me, and if it wasn’t thirty minutes out of the way I would definitely go here every time I need work done on my car. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.
