it’s always risky to hire a contractor and I’ve usually hesitated to write a review about one but Masters Touch is unique. We hired them after a disastrous experience with another contractor. Doug Masters provides the following: outstanding customer service, responsiveness/​communication, sticks to the budget, sticks to the timeline, and hires the best guys. SInce our first project with them, we have hired them for about 5 other jobs from de-​icing a roof with ice damming to a major renovation. All are given the same top priority. My only complaint: their sign on our lawn was a bit too big. This is the only contractor our family would ever trust.
