Anastas Lock & Safe

I walked into the shop one day to order some lock cylinders for some doors. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and helped my pick out exactly what I needed. He took down my details and said he would order them right away and contact me once the parts were in. After about two and a half weeks passed I called the shop and asked if they had an update. I was told the owner of the shop had not ordered them. I inquired as to when they would be ordered and they said soon. I called in about two weeks later and they STILL had not ordered the lock cylinders. These are not run of the mill cylinders, they are MEDECO high security cylinders and run about $ 70/​piece, I ordered four of them. This work required no job site visit, no appointment and very little work on their part. I do not understand how they stay in business! To top it off, I left a sample for them to size up and it has been over three weeks since I was promised they would mail it to me, I still have not seen it yet.
I would not even recommend this shop to the GRINCH WHO STOLE CHRISTMAS!!!
STAY AWAY! There are other locksmiths out there who are professional, call you back and simply deliver the service they said they would when they said they would!
To date I have been waiting two months for them to do anything that they promised!

Easy to set up appointment, arrived on time, did neat work and charged a fair price. The job involved installing 2 new deadbolts and rekeying an existing lock to match the deadbolts.
