Victoria’s Italian Deli

Great food and great service! Surprised I didn’t find this sooner as I do a lot of catering for my job. Loved their sandwiches!

Stopped here to pickup sandwiches for a picnic in Pinnacles National Park. The menu is simple with sandwiches (hot and cold), salads, soup, cookies and chips.
They were really nice and offered to pack the sandwich condiments separate from the meat/​bread, so my sandwich didn’t get soggy before my picnic. I’m glad I skipped Subway and visited this place instead.

Victoria and her crew are very friendly. Great lunch food. Try the soup! Their sandwiches are generous, including paninis and wraps.

Best place for lunch in town! The paninis to the salads everything is fresh and delicious! Pasta is my girlfriends favorite.

Roommate went to pick up lunch and shockingly no Alfredo again. I have had it once and tried to get it numerous other times because it was so good, however they never have it made (even though this was before the lunch rush). Ordered the lasagna and a sandwich which he told the gal white bread. She apparently heard nut covered wheat bread. I can’t stand wheat bread! As for the pasta, he came home with lasagna that needed to be microwaved, with no instructions at all.
Terrible take out experience. If you go you better eat there, but I won’t be back.

I have had a hard time finding great sandwiches in Hollister (not a fan of chain food). Decided to look in Unilocal and found this treasure. It’s outside of town, so it’s a little drive, but worth it. I had a pastrami sandwich on a really nice French roll. It came with Swiss cheese that actually tasted like Swiss cheese! They have a nice menu of hot and cold sandwiches and soup of the day as well as pasta and salad choices. Only open weekdays 10 am-​2pm. My sandwich had a generous amount of pastrami and I could not have enjoyed it anymore then I did and the front counter help did a perfect job of describing it. Well done Victoria’s.

Have wanted to try this place for months but never in the area. Today was my lucky day! I had the Meatball Italiano and added grilled peppers & onions… and it was AMAZING! Victoria was a super sweet lady and you could taste the love that she put into my sub. Can’t wait to go back!

Something has changed. We have been unimpressed with the foods level of quality the past few visits. Produce just didn’t seem as fresh their did not seem to be as much care taken in the foods initial preparation.

This wonderful Deli is around the corner from the business park we work in. Today I had the Chicken Pozzole Soup. OMG! It was so delicious, I asked the owner if she could call our office to let us all know the next time she was serving this soup. I’ve never done a request like this before. My usual favorite at Victoria’s is The Blast sandwich which is a BLT on steroids. Darling little place with very friendly owner and staff.

After we were told we couldnt check into our hotel, we looked for someplace close by to get lunch and pass a little time. We lucked out finding this gem. I dont know if the lady behind the counter was the owner, she was a small firey red head with great personality. Instantly felt at home and comfortable. Ordering was fast and easy, our sandwiches came out quick. They were great tasting and filling. The atmosphere was wonderful. Will definitely be back next time we are coming through town.

Love love love this restaurant! The turkey avocado is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The ladies are super friendly also :)

So good. Had a real yummy 15 bean soup with ham. So good. Really nice and clean. Love the people. Parking is really easy for my RV everything is nice and fresh. Coffee is good and I like to sit outside and enjoy the skydivers and people at dog park. Lots of locals. You will see me over at Victoria’s more often. I meet the owner and she is way cool.

This deli has AMAZING food… from delicious sandwiches stacked high to yummy salads and lasagna! Oh and the chicken pasta soup is delicious, too! Thanks for making such great food!!!

A gem hidden in Hollister! I too found this deli by accident one day a few years ago but still great quality and service. I am only there maybe once a month and I’m greeted by name each time. So nice. Everything I’ve had there is good. I love the B.L.T. club which is FULL of bacon, lovely avocado lettuce and tomato. I also love the Mikey wrap with the chipotle pesto… a fav of mine! The salads are huge, soups all good and the pasta’s are for more than 1 for sure. My Mother lives in San Jose and loves their ravioli and the lemon and cream chiffon cake (and at 125 lbs can afford it
…darn her. (although I will admit she liked it better when their former employee made the lemon curd to go on top… miss that!!!) All in all a great place to stop for a meal, or take out! Vicki has a wonderful place!

Victoria’s has wonderfully fresh food and their service is great. Their turkey and cranberry sandwiches are off the hook and their breakfast panini sandwiches are to die for. I just wish they were open on the weekends so we can frequent them more often.
