When you walk up to the desk… like walking to death row but instead of death you have a group of snobs who make you feel small for being there at all. The ‘we are better than you’ attitude really wears thin quickly.
The doc is okay, the exam room is archaic but doable.
Sorry to say you gotta go through the lay staff before you get to a human.

I have been here several times and it is horrible. I have had to wait over an hour to be seen three times. I had fillings done and at the site of one my gum got infected and I might need to have my tooth extracted because of it. I was there today for a cleaning and waited almost an hour while two people who came in after me were helped before me. I asked to speak to the manager and he was useless. He never introduced himself and was on the defensive the whole time. Four times I have called to find out about obtaining my dental records and never got a call back. They say I owe them $ 20 for a cancelled appointment even though I was there but left when it was 20 minutes past my appointment time because I could not wait any longer and there was two year old in the lobby having a tantrum. Not one staff member had the sense or the caring to ask one of the child’s parents to take her outside while the other one dealt with reception.

Don’t come here, do not fill out paper work and do not give them your info!!! These ppl schedule appt without your consent then charge you for not showing up! I have two charges due to missed apt that I never scheduled in 2012!

Horrible place don’t ever bring anyone there that you care about. The lady in charge there is such a bitch it is unbelievable. Takes forever to get seen there and not helpful at all.

We will not ever go back to this clinic we always have to wait mire then 2 hrs to seen it’s terrible they have you sign up and then wait then wait longer in the room for a doctor it seems like they only ha
ve 1 on hand it’s frustrating to be waiting hours to be seen they want cash pymt at every visit will WE WANT SERVICE CARE at every visit I wouldn’t even give them 1 star and to top it off we have good insurance ND it’s still not good enough the doctor told me sorry it’s just very busy I couldn’t even understand her language of my lab results that’s frustrating 2 and a half hours waiting for lab results it took her less then a minute to review with me now let’s see how much that will cost I’ll call the bar association and corporate office it’s a scan the longer you wait your getting charged very poor clinic… will never go back

I will never go there again! My daughter had a yeast infection so they prescribed her some ointment. a couple days later it seemed like it wasn’t working. I took her to see another pediatrician and she said they gave her the wrong ointment which was making it worse. Stay away from this place. They don’t know what they are doing

Bf had an appointment at 2pm. It’s been 45mins and we’re still waiting! Doesn’t scheduling an appointment have a purpose? It’s very slow too and there’s only two other people in the waiting room with us. Of the 2 times we came here though, the doctor was great. Just please try to improve your scheduled appointments and wait time. Some of us don’t live in the county and have to drive all the way here to hollister to wait about an hour to be seen.
