No offense to the staff in any way but this is a panda express that is not worth your time. If you need a fix of Asian food, go to happy café.

This is far as the worst experience at this Francise location, ive been to all Panda express in the bay area! fremont, all malls, etc, etc, how are you not going to have FRIEDRICE?! That’s like going to buy a bugger without the bun, I’m sitting here eating, over the last 30 minutes„ they tell every single customer in line, you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes, for the rice, I’m leaving„ looking over a hour later no rice! I’m out!

I ordered on-line at 4:30pm, to ensure the accuracy of my order AND to that they had everything I wanted. I placed a DOUBLE order for a feast for a birthday party. One with white rice & one with fried rice. They could not have my order ready until 6 pm, because they were busy. At 5:45 pm they called to say that they were out of some of our items. When I arrived at 6 everything was ready(or so I thought). They had 1.5 hours to plan for my order… We agreed to a substitution. They promised a credit«next time» for their error. When we got home, our rice order was screwed up — 2 fried rice. ARGH! Flied lice and promise of a credit the next time — YEAHSURE !

Thankfully found a solution to the line problem. I was hesitant to order online because another reviewer rated it poorly, but I tried it anyways. I walked in at the pick up time provided, walked past the 10 person long line and stood in back. I was acknowledged within 5 minutes and the cashier handed me my food. I am hopeful that after all the terrible reviews, management has improved. The location still stinks with no drive thru option, but what are you gonna do.

yesterday I went to Panda for soup and was told there is an egg shortage and they are not doing soup. Really? Since when did hot and sour soup rely on eggs ??? The rest of the food is mediocre and the service sucks. I really loved the soup, too bad it is gone so am I.

I agree with most of the reviews here that service is very slow. Management needs to work on training to improve the wait times. The food is already cooked, so it shouldn’t take long to scoop the food into the containers and ring up the customer. Also, I agree portion sizes could be better. I don’t like the idea of having to drive 14 miles to Gilroy just to go to another Panda, so hopefully service will improve if enough people complain about it.

They get 3 stars simply for the food, it’s good, when it’s available. The service is slow. There is only one person cooking and today there were 5 empty dishes on the heating table. I asked how long the wait would be for a dish and was told 4 minutes. 10 minutes later I was still waiting, along with 3 other customers who were waiting for their own dishes. If this was an isolated event I wouldn’t say anything, but this scenario or one very similar happens every time. No exaggeration. The management does not seem to notice the unhappy faces waiting because not a word was mentioned to anyone waiting. No apology or even an offer if a free small beverage while we waited. When will the managers or corporate decide enough is enough and fix this store!?!

Came in today because there was no line. Big mistake. I still had to wait to get attention. How can people be soooo slow? Food was not fresh either. I threw away half of my beef broccoli because the meat tasted stale. Yuck. This was my last visit. I will come back once they are under new management.

The food was pretty good but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I went there when three guys were working after I gave them my order and walked up to the register. They had a nice conversation for about 2 or 3 minutes amongst one another before they finally looked up and saw that I was standing right in front of them waiting for them to ring me up my order.

Go to gilroy. It’s worth the drive. For some reason the orange chicken doesn’t tast right. Something is off among other things. They need more staff durning the busier times to keep things moving. It’s just slow in there.

Emily(Manager) and Ivan(Assistant Manager) are absolutely amazing! Extremely fast while working and always efficient :) The panda team is awesome :) food is always delicious and cooked to perfection :) kids are always welcomed here and it is good for small groups to come and eat together. They all are very nice when you want samples because it all looks so damn good! And if you are not sure what you’d like they are more than happy to suggest something based upon a few questions like«do you prefer sweet or spicy? Or a mixture?» I love coming here :) my guilty pleasure and my cheat day food when I am working out and dieting. They have a wok smart option for combos also! So you don’t have to feel as guilty when indulging :)
