Nash Road Mini-Mart

I had a bad experience at this and only this Shell station. The only exception is the one guy that works there and he was very pleasant but my beef is with the station owner and this one female cashier. The owner is a thief. She charges a CRV (California Redemption Value) when you buy SHELL gift cards, WTF? And its not mentioned while you pay and there is no sign saying that there is going to be a charge at the checkout. I called them and asked why? The answer I got was that «I don’t make money off them so I charge a fee». Wow really? This is the only station that does this. NONE in Salinas and the other Shell stations in the area do not have that bull. In addition there was a female cashier who refused to swipe my rewards card while purchasing items stating that that I’m supposed to use it at the pump only, really? How am I going to earn points? Not gonna return to this location EVER!

Whatever I need quick guess this is where I come the main reason why I come here is because the guy that works the counter is a real nice guy he remembers my name you always ask how I’m doing joke looks like you take this job really serious I believe his name is Ben totally good customer service because that guy
