I have been affiliated with Nino Real Estate since I earned my sales person’s license in 2011. In the spring of 2015 I earned my broker’s license and have worked to improve my services throughout my four years with the brokerage.

My name is Karson Klauer. I am a lifelong resident of Hollister. I grew up in North County and attended Spring Grove Elementary. I moved on to San Benito High School where I played several sports. After graduation I attended San Jose State where I studied business management and played inter-​collegiate baseball. I graduated in 2010 summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Science. I received my real estate license in 2011.

San Benito County real estate is something that is a part of me. I truly enjoy what I do. I am continuously trying to improve the service that I provide my clients. As part of this endeavor I have joined the board of the San Benito County Association of Realtors and was recently named treasurer for 2015. I was also very honored to receive the 2014 Realtor of the Year Award from our local association.

It is my goal to provide the best service in the area and make sure that my clients receive a positive experience each time they utilize my services.
