Once again another AMAZING job by Sandra love my hair. The colors came out amazing. She took her time to make sure it came out perfect. In total it too a little more then u hours. But i would sit there again and re do it if i had to just to get this beautiful rainbow hair. I HIGHLY recommend Sandra!

Laura Marketello gave my hair the tlc it needed. She brought my mangled mop back from the dead and was very patient. I had previously dyed my hair blue and wanted to get an ombré. The blue was very stubborn, but no match for Laura. She also cut my hair with precision and was meticulous in giving me the perfect Brazilian blowout to tame my white girl fro. Did I mention she’s nice to look at too?

Cathleen Scott is the best hair colorist she takes time to listen to your needs. She has great suggetions for my hair type and what would work best or look the best for me.
I started coming here over 10 years ago I have one of my girlfriends and my mother in law, and father in law come to see her too. Come by and see the salon and make an appointment. It is located on the main street in down town Hollister.

I love Laura!!! She is amazing and always gives me what I ask for as well as some AMAZING ideas for cute ideas.

I have been a patron at Attitudes and Images for 15 years. The newer owners Lance and Raquel have done a great job with the salon and services. Raquel is highly recommended as a hair stylist!

Maya Guzman is the absolute best with color, blowouts and cutting my hair. I have looked for such a long time for someone that not only can get that perfect color but a phenomenal cut & style!!!

The best in town!!! I moved to Hollister about 2 years ago and was trying to find someone to cut my hair. Saw this salon (and the great reviews), so I tried them out. I am so happy that I did my research. Love the friendly and fun atmosphere and I love Valerie, she is absolutely amazing! I know that no matter what I ask for, she works her magic to make it happen (from the haircut to color).

My hair stylist that has done my hair for years moved to LA. Its always scary to try a new salon and a new stylist. I made an appointment with Laura and she did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more pleased. She was very perceptive and knew exactly what I wanted. She did a color, highlights and a cut. It was perfect. So glad to find a salon and stylist so close to home. The receptionist was super sweet and the salon was very clean, which is important to me too :)

Awesome salon! Came here out of desperation because I had gotten a bad extension job done at another salon and needed to get their mistake fixed ASAP! (Side note I gave the original place a second chance to fix it first)
* thank goodness I found Attitudes & Images because they are great! I am now a forever client and life long friend to all these girls! They really helped me out and I’ve been back many times since my original visit. Raquel is my usual stylist but anyone you see here is great! My extensions are in point and I get so many compliments on my hair. I can’t thank these guys enough plus it’s a bonus that this places is like fun hang out and they have the most comfortable shampoo chairs!!!

My sis and I got awesome updos by Cathleen Scott! I would recommend anyone go to her for any type of updo for prom or for weddings.

I had a blow out by Laura, I loved it! She is awesome, I will be returning for a Brazilian soon. The salon is very nice and clean.

Maya is a freakin’ MIRACLE worker! I went into her a few months ago, my hair was extremely long and 3 different colors. She cut it, styled it, and highlighted it… and its looked amazing since then! I absolutely love her, her customer service skills, and the fact that she is so incredibly professional. I highly recommend her — she’s a very talented young lady! The salon itself is also very clean and tidy. I just love going there :)

I recently went in with a hot mess of hair, & came out more than satisfied! The girls were all very friendly and listened to what I wanted an def gave me more than expected. I seen Maya an she is hands down the best. I will def be goin there for all my touch ups an she is my new hairstylist. I def recommend this location for any of your beauty needs. All the girls helped each other out an gave friendly input and worked really well together. Can’t wait to go back next week! Also what I really liked was she didn’t damage my hair an is treating it till I get the color I want. Love love love my hair & ask for #MAYA!!!

I had the same experience as another reviewer barb s. did. My «stylist «was not paying attention looked at everything but me. I went in knowing exactly what i wanted with a picture. It seemed to be a very simple hair style. Have never seen a hair stylist use the techniques she did. Ended up $ 35 short and unhappy. i should have complained but i just wanted to get outta there. ill wait the long wait for my regular hair stylist. she can fix it. I do need to add i have had my hair cut and styled there a year ago with a different person and had a good hair cut. just make sure to get trusted referrals if u go.

I’m typically not extremely picky with what I do to my hair, but this experience took the cake. I dropped by because yours truly was having an extreme hair situation going on (by that I mean my hair had gone multi hued). I read okay reviews, so I figured, hey! I’ll walk in and see how it goes! Well I should have walked right out, nevertheless, I didn’t want to base anything off the way my hair stylist looked (which was very disheveled) so I didn’t say anything and went on. I asked her for a trim and an ombré, to which she said she’d happily oblige to, but the hair color would have to wait for a future visit as she had to do something at three (I take this as a somewhat blessing in disguise), because I detested the whole experience. She kept checking her phone, the cut was extremely awkward and it looked like she didn’t know what she was doing, plus she yanked my hair to the point I questioned whether I’d have hair by the end of the visit. I’ll keep it short with the awkwardness of the cut and I’ll skip to the «consultation» for the color; she asked me if I wanted a «red» (when I requested an ombré, don’t know how blonde and brown translate to red. But hey I’m no scientist!) and I replied no, ombré please! She then asked me to pick the colors I wanted off the color book (umm. The thing was huge and I’m not a hair stylist, shouldn’t you help me pick them?) and then it all hit me that this was in no way okay. I left with an meh (at least straight!) hair cut and 35 dollars short (which I’ll try to forget I spent), and an overall forgettable experience. I’m going to go ahead and assume it was simply my stylist and not everyone else, as it seems everyone else has had good experiences. As for me? I think I’ll skip out next time.

I’ve never had a salon experience so bad. After I stopped crying over how bad it looked I immediately went out and bought hair dye to fix it myself. I asked the stylish to raise my ombré up an inch and instead she raised it up 3 to the root. It now looks like I have a blonde helmet with black bangs. The entire experience she seemed annoyed and I was honestly too afraid to say anything about how much I hated it. Not only is the new blonde too high, it’s too dark, and there’s a clear distinction from where I bleached it myself and where it was bleached at the salon. She kept saying it wouldn’t lift but I never had that much trouble doing it myself, in fact it raises quite easily when I do it. I’ve been going to salons on and off for years mixed in with doing my hair myself and this is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. The only saving grace was the stylist didn’t charge me for the hair trim– I guess it was obvious how unhappy I was. Save your money and go somewhere else. Unless you’re personally recommended someone. Hair trim was ok. Now it’s time for me to dye this god awful mess out of my hair before I even think of going outside. Yuck.
(Oh she also managed to bleach a random hunk of my bangs)

Just went in knowing I want a haircut but not knowing what I wanted. I made an appointment with Lauren yesterday and she was able to fit me in today and I thought that was great. I had really long hair and ended up donating 12 inches. Even though I didn’t know what I wanted my hair to look like, Lauren gave me an amazing haircut that fit my face really well.
I love the cut it gave my thin hair a fuller look and the layers give it better volume.
The price is totally worth it. It was $ 45 for a wash, cut, and blow dry/​style. I’m definitely coming back when I need another cut or new style.

Elizabeth is awesome! I came in to fix my brassy highlights and she fixed it and made my hair look healthy too! Thanks a million!

Laura is AWSOME!!! She had been doing my hair since she was in school. I’ve had my hair cut at other places but I’ve never been as happy with the results as when I go to Laura. Ask for her and you won’t be disappointed.

A hairdresser is like your best friend. When you move away from your best friend, it’s hard to find someone else that fits.
I have had some questionable experiences since moving to Hollister in regards to my hair. I had all but given up, thinking that for a good cut/​colour I was going to have to make the trek to San Jose.
However…
These ladies rock. Their colour is awesome, their cuts are fantastic, and they truly make me feel like I’ve found my new best hair friend again!
