History

Established in 2011.

Alves Collision Center opened in 2011. The personnel from Autoline Collision are still employed, Ken is now the manager. We strive to give our customers great customer service and fight for them when insurance companies do not want to cooperate. Our work is better than insurance quality and we think makes us stand out above the rest. PPG automotive paint from a local supplier is guaranteed to the original owner of the car.

I came here because I’ve seen their work before and was impressed. I had a small deep scratch on my rear bumper. The work got done in 2 days I believe and it looked as good as new!!!
It was not cheap, but I definitely got what I paid for. A perfect job and great customer service.
I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Been going to Alves for years for several body and collision repairs, and almost any kind of auto repair and maintenance work. Hands-down the best auto shop in Hollister. Honest and competent, these guys are fantastic.

Stopped in for a quote today. The owner, Ken, was very helpful, polite & efficient. He had a lot of knowledge on his trade. Another man there (didn’t get his name) was also very nice (had a nice beard!) they were quick and helpful. Something I’d expect back home in small town Missouri, not in California. Pleasantly surprised.

My car was hit while parked, I brought it to Alves Collision. They completed the job ahead of schedule They even painted an area away from the area that was dinged where prior work showed paint that did not match. My car looks like new. They went beyond my expectations and kept me informed of the progress along the way. Even the insurance company is satisfied. On cost, on schedule. They clearly understand customer satisfaction. If there were 10 stars, I would have selected them all. I hope I don’t need this service in the future, but if I do, Alves Collision will do the work.

About a month ago, my car got dinged up while it was parked. Fortunately, the other car’s owner left me a note so I went through the insurance process. I took the car to Alves Collision since I work here in Hollister. The process was smooth and easy including calling the rental car agency to pick me up from the shop. The work they performed on my car was impeccable. It was like it was new and came off the assembly line. The service was great and they even offer a follow up appointment to have my car washed and waxed. They took the extra mile to instill confidence in their work and service.
