I called Dynamic at 3:30 in the afternoon regarding my clothes dryer; it wasn’t getting hot. The repairman Amir came the same day at 6:00 p.m. He was quick, knowledgable, friendly and very reasonable. I didn’t feel that I was being overcharged, as I often do with repair services. I will certainly be calling Dynamic in the future with any appliance issues.

Great communication. On time and on budget. My GE refrigerator water dispenser computer chip needed to be replaced. The technician was very knowledgable and fixed it within an hour. They carry GE parts so no waiting time. Great experience and highly recommended!

My family and I have been with this company for over five years. This is a professional, courteous and extremely efficient company. I find Ameer to be extremely knowledgeable in servicing all appliances arriving per scheduled time — most times the same day as called. He stands by his work providing a warranty and uses factory parts. Pricing is extremely reasonable. I constantly recommend this company with favorable results.

I had used this company about two years ago and a young man named Amir came to do the repair on my dryer. He was courteous, quick and efficient. So once again in need of repair of an appliance, I called Dynamic and was greeted by a very courteous woman on the phone. We set the appointment and she stated I would receive a call when the repair man was on his way. Like clockwork I did receive the call that the person was on their way. They gave me a four hour window of arrival but the person came at the earlier part of the window. I was happy to see it was Amir again. The same person who did my repairs the last time. Once again, he was extremely personable and professional. Fixed what I needed promptly and I don’t feel like I was ripped off. The price of the repair was very fair. I would recommend Dynamic… especially if you can get the repairman Amir. Thank you Dynamic!

he knew I had a baby home made me wait the whole day and never showed up he didn’t even call. the secretary was rude too. Ameer lied and said he wasn’t suppose to come when in fact he was. Do yourself a favor never use this company. they are overpriced

Ameer was professional, polite, and courteous. While he was not happy about having to work on a stackable dryer, he nonetheless got it working again. He was able to provide same-​day service. I would definitely recommend Dynamic over other services that we tried.
The price was more than reasonable (relative to comparable shops).

I called on a Monday and made an appointment for that Thursday to meet a repair person at my Mom’s house. They suggested a time slot of 9 – 11 am. Since I have to take the subway to get to Mom’s house to meet them, I said no, not before 10. The scheduler told me the time slot on their schedule is 9 – 11, but she’d note that they should not arrive before 10. She also promised they would call ½ hour before arriving.
At 8:30 am they called my Mom’s house and said they would be there in a few minutes. My Mom’s home aide said no, they were not due until 10. They told her they would either come now or not at all that day, because that was when they were in the area.
Bad customer service.

Thank you Dynamic Appliance Repair and technician Amear for fixing my old GE dryer. You just saved me $ 400. Amear was prompt and courteous. Repair and diagnose the problem properly. I would definitely recommend Dynamic Appliance Repair to others.

Quick response, reasonable rates, honest estimate and repair. Called as first-​time customer after getting seemingly excessive estimate from previously used company. My instincts were proved correct after seeing that the charge would have been almost triple the cost charged by Dynamic. Needless to say, Dynamic Appliance Repair has earned a new customer.

Super quick! (like in the next hour quick) Great service and cheap! I needed a stove to be disconnected and a new one installed. I decided to use Unilocal for a change and this came up. I was sort of embarrassed since the place was a mess since we opened the box with the new stove, but the technician that came was courteous and humble. I was very satisfied with the results and service. Will definitely use again if needed.

Fantastic service. Quick, efficient, affordable. I had some trouble working with another company, so called these guys last minute. They were at my house in Brooklyn within an hour and had the problem fixed in 10 minutes. Highly recommended.
