We have been disappointed with many aspects of our pond built by Robins Nest. There were issues from the beginning including mismeasurement and mis-orientation, and later issues with leaks and water loss in the waterfall area. Since then, we have had numerous cracks in the basin which we have repaired independently.
The concept, including natural filtration, is great; but the execution and follow up have been far less than we expected or paid for.
