Established in 2001.

Started on August 17th 2001. We started with a single van and a lot of ambition. Harvey Multer left the company where he was service manager and started his own business. His phones have always been answered live 24 hours a day. He has steadily grown by offering the best customer service and taking care of our customers. Today he still has many customers that started with him over 15 years ago. Today he has 6 technicians as well as two people in the office. Hard work and quality service makes the difference.

Attending SMVTI (Southern Maine Vocational Technical Institute) today known as SMCC. Harvey graduated in 1979 with an associate degree in heating and air conditioning. He worked for a local oil company for 23 years before starting out on his own. Harvey always had a very strong belief that if you give quality service and take care of your customers they will call you back again when needed. Harvey takes an incredible amount of pride in his work.

I have a park model in a seasonal campground in Wells, ME. I called 3 local contacts that were referred to me I had an issue with the AC. One was a personal contact, the two others were the RV Doctor and East Coast RV, I was unable to reach both of these, the RV Doctor’s phone number didn’t answer. After weeks of waiting and trying to locate a contact I came across AireServ. Very prompt, very reliable, considerate and offered forward thinking advice. I contacted the owner of the park to put this as a contact at the top of their list, and remove the others.

Aire Serv is amazing! The power vent for our boiler broken down, more precisely it literally fell off the wall from corrosion. Of course this happened when it was below freezing and on a weekend. No fear… the Aire Serv tech was able to perform a «MacGyver» like temporary repair to keep the system running and our pipes from freezing. Think sheet metal, pop-​rivets, and bailing wire! They ordered a new vent for us and installed it as soon as it arrived. The workmanship was outstanding. The tech even adjusted our boiler to be a «cold start» system which saves us fuel oil and wear & tear on the system. We couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with Aire Serv, they are real professionals who have earned our respect and trust!
