History

Established in 1987.

We are a family business in Holland, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Susan Gittlen MCPF, a Newtown resident holds the highest designation in the framing industry. Whispering Woods Gallery has won many awards in the framing industry for design and good practice. Also we have won Best of Bucks and the Bucks Happening contest numerous times. We are active members of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.

Manager

Susan Gittlen MCPF, director of Whispering Woods Gallery, is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University. A framer since 1986, she earned the Professional Picture Framers Association designation of Certified Picture Framer (CPF) in 1991. This credential can only be used by picture framers after passing a rigorous standardized exam. Susan earned the designation of Master Certified Picture Framer in October, 2007. This is the highest designation from the Professional Picture Framers Association. After passing an intensive four-​hour hands on exam, she joins 60 other framers worldwide who have earned this title.
