This organization went above and beyond my expectations to complete work on my front door. The original job was to install a deadbolt and replace entry knob with new hardware. I indicated that I also wanted to repaint the door before they completed the install but the service rep strongly recommended that I wait until after the work was completed as the drill would leave marks on my new paint job. Also, during the actual installation it became apparent to the service rep that my hinges on this older door were badly worn and needed replacement so the new locking hardware would align correctly. He showed me what was happening, agreed to ride to the hardware store to help select the appropriate hinges and installed them. Success! New locks are in and working correctly. The rep also showed me how to remove the new hardware when I’m ready to paint the door. Professional and customer focused work. I am a delighted Customer!!! T. Smythe

We were referred to this place by our realtor and I have to say they were really great. I booked a day with them ahead of time. Bill was on time, really helpful and very knowledgable. He even fixed something on the older lock which was not right and was not done properly by the person who did the locks before. I highly recommend them and make sure to ask for Bill he was just great. Maybe a bit more pricy compared to other places but I am a true believer of you will get what you pay for. I defiantly recommend them.

Great customer service, wonderful workers, very friendly and made u feel welcome. They charge just a little bit more than other local locksmith, but it is so well worth the money. I would most defiantly go back to them and I most defiantly recommend them.
