Fox Chase Apartments

Lived here for years. Fantastic apartment complex. Apartments are clean and spacious. I would readily recommend these to those who are willing to pay a bit more for a quiet, clean, safe community.
Many of the tenants are young professionals, families, and UTMC/​MCO medical students.
The leasing office staff are very friendly and know each tenant by name. They made my stay here so much easier!
The maintenance staff is also very friendly and skilled, and they always got to my requests within 24 hours. There is an on-​call staff for emergency after-​hours issues.
The grounds have a lot of trees and are very well-​maintained. I have always been impressed with how quickly snow is cleared out — it’s never left to ice down and become dangerous for drivers.
I believe that most or all units have an in-​unit washer and dryer and fireplace. Upper units also have a balcony. Parking is free and there are plenty of visitor spots for guests. Carports and garages can be rented.
The location is about two miles from the 475. It’s also adjacent to a Rite-​Aid and across the street from a few restaurants (sushi, beer/​wine shop, gyros, pizza). You can definitely walk to these when it’s warm out. There will soon be a Kroger right across the street, and there are two more within 2 – 3 miles. There is a residential area right behind the apartments, and it’s a nice, safe place to walk/​jog. The Oak Openings Metropark and Toledo Airport are about 10 – 15 minutes west. UTMC/​MCO is about 6 miles/​15 mins east (30 mins at rush hour).
The amenities include a fitness center with a cardio room (2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, climber, recumbent bike) and a weight room (free weights, barbell, various machines). There’s also an outdoor pool that’s long enough to do laps in. There are tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.
You are able to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online. You can set up a recurring rent payment that is automatically taken from your bank account.
I’ve been extremely happy to have lived here and would definitely recommend it to others.
