Balloon Creations by Julia, LLC is a family owned and operated business, which was established in 2013. We specialize in combining the art of balloon twisting with classic décor to create impressive and unique designs just for you.

Parties, Proms, Weddings, Showers, Bar/​Bat Mitzvah’s, corporate events and much more. We design balloon arches, canopies, columns, centerpieces, bouquets and other décor to add fun, elegance and color to all of your special occasions.

Business Owner

Julia Berlin is the owner of Flower & Balloon Creations by Julia. She never thought her life will turn her to the balloon and event service industry. It was not her dream as she never knew about her talent until she got a child. One day, as a «crazy» mom she decided to make something special for her son — she started to learn how to twist balloons. Just for fun every evening she practiced and enjoyed it more and more. Since when, Julia had a hobby of entertaining her own kids and kids in her big family until she started getting more and more inquiries about decorating someone’s party. She finally decided to give it a try. She is truly thankful to her first customer, who trusted her and gave her opportunity to create very first and special experience. Since then we met a lot of people and were happy to brighten their events with our decorations.
