I first visited this store a few weeks ago to look at bridal jewelry. There was a set I really fell in love with but wanted to think about more before purchasing. I was told the set was $ 80. Fast forward to today. I went back to purchase and was told that I was given the wrong price, and that the total would actually be almost $ 200.
I am passionate about customer service and was very disappointed by my experience there. The owner blamed an intern and told me she no longer works there. I wouldn’t expect them to give me that big of a discount, but something would have been nice. I told her by principle I would normally have left, but I still purchased the jewelry because I liked it so much. Yeah, I still bought the jewelry, but that’s not the point… They are responsible for training employees and should have done something to correct the mistake. I probably will not be doing any more bridal shopping here.

We came here to look at wedding dresses for my sister. The lady was super nice and helpful. She let us know what was available, what could be ordered, and changes that could be made to the dresses. She took cues from her, me and my sisters on what we picked out. We liked the added sash/​belt around the waist. There were a variety of dresses. It’s a pretty spacious store. The prices seem reasonable. There are also bridesmaid, mother of the bride, and flower girl dresses here as well. Plenty of accessories, too!
