History

Established in 2004.

Randy Boileau founded Boileau Communications Management LLC in 2004, and it has grown in scope to sever clients through Michigan and the Midwest in the areas of public relations, marketing, social media, web development, graphic design, marketing, advertising, litigation support, news media relations, crisis communications internal communications, creative development and video and motion graphics production.

Meet the Business Owner

Randy B.

Business Owner

Randy Boileau is one of Michigan’s most experienced communications counselors. He has over 30 years of experience in journalism, marketing communications and strategic public relations.

Randy has worked extensively in news media relations, public affairs, crisis management, strategic marketing planning, employee communications, financial communications, and investor relations.

Starting his career as a journalist for the Detroit Free Press, Miami Herald/​Knight Ridder and the Oakland Press, Randy quickly found his career moving into strategic communications and planning. He’s worked for a number of national companies such as Bank of America, Comerica, and Mazda. From 1994 to 2000, he served as the director of corporate communications for Donnelly (now Magna), and from 2000 and 2004, Randy was the marketing director for Varnum LLP, one of Michigan’s leading law firms. Randy founded the public relations firm Boileau Communications Management in 2004, serving clients throughout Michigan.
