History

Established in 2006.

Dr Smith graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2006. He has attended numerous continuing education courses including implants, full mouth reconstruction, implant retained dentures, cosmetic dentistry, and oral sedation. He’s a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and Salt Lake Dental Association.
