Excellent service. I’m usually skeptical about auto shops trying to upcharge me but they run a very honest business here. Nick pointed out the things I really needed to fix. I will be back for sure.

One week after I purchased the 2 new tires from them, one of the tire got flat tire, and wasn’t repairable. Needed a new replacement. I thought the tire was covered by warranty/​roadside hazard, but found out I didn’t have the coverage for the tires I purchased from this place. I was surprised, and asked why. The management did not take the responsiblity that they failed to offer/​sell roadside hazard to me. They kept saying they offered it all to me, and I declined it. The topic of warranty and roadside hazard was never mentioned until I asked about it after I purchased the tires, and the employee there told me it was all in the paperwork with tires I purchased just right before I left. They wanted me to come back and buy tires, and will credit me for tires. I am out of state and can’t do that, and the management said they will not take the responsiblity or help me out at all because I am out of state. Throughout the discussion on phone, they kept pointing there was a misunderstanding and something to do with me being a deaf customer that misunderstood them. It has nothing to do with me being deaf, and it had something to do with the employee failing to sell/​offer me the warranty/​roadside hazard because they were too busy selling me the tires than thinking of protecting my investments in the tires. Do not buy the tires from them because they can’t take the responsiblity of not doing their job properly.

Five stars because everyone here is completely awesome! They’ll always explain to you and even show you what’s wrong with your car which shows their honesty and sincerity for you! Sometimes they may make recommendations but no one is jumping down your throat to make unnecessary purchases on things that can wait! If something needs immediate attention they will always let you know so that there’s no surprises once you leave!
I’ve been here multiple times and my family members all bring their vehicles here when they’re down from Canada! If I moved anywhere in Tampa bay I’d still drive up here to deal with the great people at this good year!
It’s so nice not to be taken advantage of at this type of place ESP as a woman which is why I highly recommend going here whether it’s just an oil change or there’s something wrong! They’ll get you taken care of!
