When you want a really tasty quick sandwich. It’s better than the other guys. You build your own from their stock selection. They Have a touch screen order menu at the drive thru(I love that) and friendly service. It’s the spot for sandwiches.

Had never been here before, but I quickly learned the process. Grab the proper bag for the type of sandwich you want, and fill it out!(Super awesome for the socially awkward among us, too!) Got myself the crab and artichoke, to which I added provolone, lettuce, and avocado. Wait just a couple of minutes for it to be made, and it was delicious! Totally worth the drive over! A little more expensive than I’d like to pay more than a couple times a month, but super yummy!

This is a very average sandwich place. Honestly, I would say anyone would probably rather go to a subway or jimmy johns. This is not a fast food place as in my mind as it takes about 10 – 15 minutes to complete the order. Their sandwiches are not very good by any means. I must say that they have the BEST Strawberry Banana Milkshake I have ever had. The shake has the perfect thickness and flavor. I would suggest that the only thing worth trying here is the shake. Do not try a sandwich here as you will be very disappointed and it is EXTREMELY overpriced.

Decided to check this place out because I was in the area for work. Overall, very pleased with my decision. The way they do things there is different, and made it interesting to me. You walk in, grab a bag and mark off everything you want on your sandwich. Very good concept. Makes it extremely easy to order and keeps lines flowing nicely. My sandwich was great! I got the«Wicked» and put some of my favorite condiments on it. The Oreo shake was delicious. Can’t go wrong with that. My only complaint was price. A bit more than all the other sandwich shops around, and not sure if it’s really worth it or not. They don’t have these shops in my area, so I might never go to one again, but I’m happy I gave it a shot today.

This is the first time trying the franchise for me, so I was a little confused on how to start. So, you get to pick everything from the patty to the toppings to the bun, if you made any mistakes, person at the register will correct. The paper which has the entire sandwich ingredients gets used as the wrapper(bag) for the sandwich. You could also try the milkshake, my friend had the strawberry one and gave rave reviews about the same. I would be getting these sandwiches much more, there are quite a bit of veggie options if you want to do veggie or even vegan so to say :). Great place and great service.

Very meh. Sandwiches aren’t bad, but I think they are way overpriced for what it is and the portions given. Not too mention… the prices… unless I somehow missed it, they appear nowhere in the store or on the menu until you check out, no prices on the menu board or the slip you fill out… but they don’t seem bashful about the signs behind the counter telling employees exactly how many slices of this or that to put on each type of sandwich, god forbid they slip up and slap one too many slices of meat! Friendly staff and a nice location, and if you are looking for a slightly more expensive alternative to Subway or Jimmy John’s you may have found your match, but if you want a real sandwich, I would recommend driving the other way down Rt 59 to Augustino’s!

For starters I like that they got creative with the whole sandwich ordering process. I also looked the R&D idea of having a new sandwich to try every so often. And now the meal… I had the south Philly R&D, I just couldn’t resist the idea of cheese whiz back in my life again.

This is one of my favorite sandwich places. First, they have a huge selection. From crab salad to chicken, steak, vegetarian patties, etc., You have 3 choices in size 7in, 10.5in, and for the hearty eaters 14in. Ordering isn’t difficult for the average person. There is a wall with a menu and paper bags under. Take a bag with your protein choice, use the pens to check all your favorite veggies, cheese, sauce, etc. Take your bag to cashier and pay. Not rocket science. They do have white and wheat bread but for the calorie conscious you can get a lettuce wrap which is also very good. Update: forgot to add that you can buy the large drink, bring back the cup, and pay 1.50 every time you come back with the cup.

Am not a fan of sandwich and finally gave this place a try after we exhausted all the healthier fast food options in the area over the last few weeks because of the crazy after-school activity schedule. Kids loved it and I liked it. What’s most attractive here was the choices you have — the«highly customizable» sandwich someone commented before. Kids had fun marking their choices. I was happy I can make the combination my way with so many options. The sandwiches turned out okay. Not super dilicious but the picky kids accepted it. We will definitely go back.

I’ve been coming here more and more often for the past 6 months since working in the area. I am usually never disappointed with the service provided; 1) there’s not much service to do other than being kind and taking my order, 2) I’m always greeted with a, «Hello! Welcome to which wich! Have you been here before?» Anyways, today I was not greeted and the woman at the register didn’t look up from the register, didn’t tell me my total amount, and didn’t say thank you or anything of that nature. Being in the service industry myself, I’m a little picky. However, I usually give the benifit of the doubt. I give this place an overall 5, but one bad visit can ruin it for everyone. For that reason, I’m not rating, but rather letting the service make up for it. For whom it concerns, the cashier was and older Indian woman.

Lines slow as hell but a tasty sand which. I walked in with no line and didn’t feel pressure to fill out my bag, just as I was wrapping it up, a guy came in with a pre filled out bag and stepped in line!!! I was so pissed. Shoulda thought of that :(

I wish that I could give Which Wich a stellar review, but sadly there are too many other sandwich shops that deliver better sandwiches for the same price or less. I do appreciate a good Bahn Mi sandwhich, so when I saw that Which Wich offered one, I couldn’t resist. Unfortunately the sandwich under-delivered in every aspect other than the crisp bread. First of all, it was essentially a dressed up pulled pork sandwich, and the flavors of pulled pork were an odd bedfellow with the rest of the toppings. I will say that the pork was juicy and flavorful, and I did appreciate the amount of cilantro on the sandwich, but it seriously couldn’t hold a candle to the traditional fare. Over $ 7 for the thing was pretty laughable as well, considering I could go to any hole in the wall establishment and get a banh mi for $ 4 or less. What the sandwich DID do for me was make me hungry for the real deal. The hubs ordered the Wicked, which boasts 5 meats and 3 cheeses. I swear he had stars in his eyes as he looked over this sandwich on the menu. Alas, not even the sheer amount of meat and cheese could save the lackluster sandwich. All he kept saying was«eh, it’s alright» and«meh.» My hungrier half and I both noted that for the same(over) price, we could have filled our bellies to the brim with Chipotle or similar, and we found that we were hungry 20 mins later. While it’s a cool concept, I think we’ll be spending our lunch moneys elsewhere.

Which wich is definitely the place to go if you like highly customizable sandwiches with quality ingredients at a fair price. Think of it as a mix somewhere between the flavor of Potbellys and the choices of Subway. Items are generally categorized by meat, which can be served with bread, as a salad, or with a lettuce wrap. Many of these can be served hot or cold. Depending on category, these can be mixed with 11 types of cheeses, 9 types of sauces, 4 types of mayo, 4 types of mustard, 6 types of dressing, 3 types of onions(including caramalized or onion strings!), 16 types of additional toppings(veggies, candied walnuts, sauerkraut, etc.) and finished off with 7 types of oil or spices. Fortunately, to reduce errors, these options are marked by the customer on the bag used to fulfill their order. This also helps to prevent a bottleneck caused by customers browsing all the different options. I tried 5 different types of sandwiches and enjoyed all of them, particularly the gyro and philly cheesesteak. Although they weren’t huge sandwhiches, I felt that the quality justified the $ 5.50 cost for a 7-inch sandwich. The variety of sandwiches choices as well as the ability to customize it differently on every trip will definitely make me return to this restaurant. My only criticism is that I wish the sandwiches contained more meat.

First time here last Sunday. My husband and I are now big fans. + Straightforward ordering system: Step 1 — Pick your protein. Go to the wall with all the brown bags. Pick the bag that corresponds to your protein. Step 2 — Using the red markers provided on the«the bag wall», check the ingredients to be put in your sandwich. Note: You may opt to «skinny your wich»(ie they take off the inside part of your sandwich so you eat less carbs), make it a «bowl» instead of a «wich», or make it a «lettuce wich»(ie wrapped in lettuce). Step 3 — If opting for a sandwich, choose your sandwich size: small(7 inches), medium(10 inches), large(15 inches). Step 4 — Go to the cashier and pay. Take a seat. They’ll call your name when your which, bowl, or lettuce wich is ready. + Customized food. Yay! + Friendly employees — yay! A nice young lady saw us staring at «the bag wall» and took the time to explain the ordering process to us. + The Bears game was on tv while we ate so my husband was happy. Yay! + Free parking — Yay! Ambiance: Think Chipotle. No pretentious foo foo-ness. Just go in, get a good sandwich, eat, get out. Room for improvement: Tables need to be cleaned as soon as customers leave. Saw 2 or 3 tables with food crumbs still on them. Bathrooms need to be checked every hour and cleaned also. There were some toilet papers on the ground of the women’s washroom. My husband’s tummy was happy, my husband was happy(eating a sandwich while watching the Bears game? That’s all he asks for in life.), and I was happy that my husband was happy. Will happily come back to this Which Wich location again.

I’m sorry to say Which Wich is just another mediocre sub joint. If you like customizing your sandwiches/meals then you’ll love this place. When you walk in, there are brown paper bags divided by type of protein or veggies(i.e. turkey, chicken, veggies, etc) and then you choose your ingredients by marking boxes on the bag. I chose to order a spinach salad with buffalo chicken lunch meat which most likely was the reason I wasn’t happy with Which Wich. along with me not loving sub sandwiches. If I do go back in the future, I’ll for sure try a sandwich and maybe I’ll change my mind.

Stopped in close to closing, so will take this with a grain of salt. Did not get the order process explained, but figured it out. They have bags for the type of sandwich, then you check off the various items /ways of preparing on the bag. This bag is then used to create your sandwich. It’s somewhat ‘hands off’ from what I would prefer, and I can’t ask what some of the items are until I go up — which was easy since the staff was cleaning and not helping other customers. ;) The sandwich was OK, but not great. Tasty and fresh, but indistinct set of flavors. Staff was courteous, but not very helpful. One person was cleaning the floors, so made sense, the other person didn’t offer much help other than courteous, but concise answers to my questions. It would have been nice to get a little help with the process. Will probably try this place again, as it has potential, but since it’s across the parking lot from a Jimmy John’s(high on my list), it may take a couple occasions.
