Absolutely WORST PHARMACY that I have ever used. Every time when i try to refill my prescription it takes much much longer than other
Walgreens locations. I always receive a message you order has been delayed. Last time when a prescription was faxed to my doctor, i was not even notified when the response was received. Management must not care of the service customers receive.

This pharmacy is terrible. A few of the pharmacists seem to be on some kind of power trip. They would not fill my medication 2 days early. I have never had this problem before at any pharmacy with my medication. And it was not insurance related. He just had an attitude and really? Your a pharmacist, get over yourself. I changed to a local independent pharmacy recently. They actually care and are willing to work with you. Oh, and treat you like a person.

I have actually been to this location several times, just never opted to write a review as there is just not really much for me to say. I mean, it’s a Walgreens.
Unless something incredibly horrific were to happen like the RedBox machine exploding before my eyes, what is there really to say?
I should probably also clarify that I am almost never on any prescriptions, so I have never used their actual pharmacy itself. I work with several pill poppers, and at the office I hear them bickering in the break room about pharmacies the same way catty women would about shoes. Since I am not involved in that whole lifestyle, I do not have much to add about the level of service for Wallgreen’s in that regard.
I typically stop in for odd’s and ends types of purchases when I am too lazy to want to drive to one of the bigger places as this location is extremely close to my apartment. What others have said about it being in an inconvenient location is right on the money. The corner of Golf and Barrington is a zoo at times, which makes it a frustrating voyage if you go during peak times. Their is a stop light for both entering and leaving the location at least, which is a big plus for this area. One of the most annoying aspects of driving in the Schaumburg/​Hoffman area is the amount of businesses that do not have direct access to them from the opposite side of the street. This basically forces you to have to drive to a stop light and do a U-​Turn. Lame! So this place is actually a cut above average when viewed from that perspective.
This location is also open 24 hours, which comes in handy when you are a night owl like me and have a sudden urge for a Hot Pocket.

This place is such a hit or miss. It is 24 hours which makes me happy, especially when I don’t have to deal with the traffic on Golf and Barrington. I won’t touch it during peak hours.
The customer service can be awesome. Several years ago I had one of the pharmacists sit down with me and take her time to show me how to use a new machine. It can also suck to the point where I swear that I will never return. Nothing is worse than trying to catch someone’s attention when you’ve got the worst head cold and your phone says that your prescription has been ready but they’re all in the back filling other people’s pills and no one is manning the counter. They seem to be overwhelmed which is not good but they’re adequately polite.
I have other pharmacies closer to me but none that is ²⁴⁄₇. For the convenience I remain although I’m not 100% happy.

Getting prescriptions here suck. They are so slow! If you go inside you might wait 15 – 30 mins.
Had multiple occasions where the person maning the drive thru window has skipped me when they were suppose to be alternating between lanes. Totally not cool. This is suppose to be first come first serve not whatever the person feels like.

Usual walgreens, nice friendly staff and 24hours open. Good times.

NOT a fan of this location. Poor location (off of major street that gets backed up constantly), poor service (never enough employees and they never smile), and it’s poorly run. I’m switching my prescription to another Walgreens as it’s always an ordeal to go here and I constantly have to wait at least 10 – 15 minutes to pick up a prescription. It’s not the cleanest Walgreens either.

I have gone to this Walgreen’s many of times, most of the times to print pictures (photo-​finishing)
The staff is very friendly, and all the cashiers and most of the managers recognize me.
It is open 24 hours a day, but I have just gone there between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

I have never waited so long to be waited on or even acknowledged at a walgreens pharmacy before. Not that any are particular great or friendly. When I returned the next day to pick it up, not only did they decide to refill my name brand to a generic for no apparent reason, especially given that my last fill was name brand. They tried to over charge me $ 33. And Of course they couldn’t correct the problem immediately so I had to come back a third time and wait for my correct prescription. Horrible customer service.
I’ll travel for work and thought a national chain would be easiest. I’ll be going back to family owned pharmacies after this. There you actually find people willing and eager to help!

Store Review:
I made a quick stop recently to this store during black friday to pick up some miscellaneous items and was amazed that it was opened at the wee hours of the morning. When I checked out the sign, only than did I realize that it was a 24 hr location… The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly. I was able to find my items in no time.
Pros– Open 24 hrs, well stocked, friendly staff
