This place is a joke. The ONLY reason I go here is because it’s somewhat convenient in terms of location (certainly not price), and it’s when I’m out of a couple crucial supplies.
Every time I’ve been here (including yesterday) the wait times just to get rung out is ridiculous. Every time the response is «sorry, we’re short handed today».
Look, I get it. People call in sick. People go on vacation. Etc. But every time? Come on.
People there seem frustrated and overworked, which sucks. I feel for them.
Their corporate office needs to get their stuff together and decide if they really want to have a location there, and staff it properly.

They don’t answer the phone. I tried multiple times. Could be closed.

Stopped in to purchase some items that were on sale for Black Friday and I was very happy because:
1. the store was practically empty
AND
2. they had all the items in stock
What a pleasant experience! Ended up staying longer and as a result, bought more items that were on sale. If only my shopping experiences were like this at the Officemax near me *sigh*… Definitely will keep this location in mind when these types of sales happen!
The store did seem to be smaller than the stores near me — but as long as they have what I need/​want in stock — doesn’t really matter to me!

Had to go have some copies made. Jason Was so helpful. He Help me the whole time was there answered every question I have and worked with me for a long time. The other lady working in the department never got up from her chair. I gave her my flash drive to look at the document and she said she could not open it and there was nothing they could do. Jason on the other hand explains me what I needed to do to open the file and i got my documents printed. I asked for a business catalog The lady still sitting in her chair said he will get you one when he comes back. She also was not wearing a name tag so I don’t know What her name was. She was so rude, She gets 0 stars from me Jason on the other hand it’s 5. Undecided if I will go back there. She totally ruined my experience if it wasn’t for her I would definitely pick that location from my copy needs!

I can say with confidence that I have never had such a positive experience at an office store.
I didn’t even buy anything! She KNEW I wasn’t going to and was incredibly helpful anyway!
We went in looking for a particular model of scanner. The employee greeted us and offered to look it up on her handy dandy ipad, No luck. Officemax doesn’t carry it.
She then proceeded to look up the model and tell us who DID carry the product. She was sure to let us know about the models they had but was not pushy whatsoever. I find it a rare thing to come across someone willing to help you find the product you need instead of the product they want you to buy. I was super impressed.
She let us know about their PC checkups and handed us cards. She’s gotta make sure she does her job too. Understandable. We thanked her and went on our way, However, if you need office supplies and they carry what you need… I completely recommend bringing your business here. It is rare to find a place where people treat other people like… well, people!

Overall a great store. Young skinny guy working at impress is the best. He is always so helpful and the work he does is superior. Peter is his name. The major downfall of the store is an immature kid named Rocky. Went in to purchase software disk for microsoft for Mac and he sent us out with not just the wrong item but just a subscription card for a PC not Mac. He is obnoxious rude and has no business working there. Avoid him at all cost.
