Good doctors; poor customer service. And by the way, I know doctors can charge for a patient requesting records, but most decent doctors will send them directly to other requesting physician without charging. No professional courtesy. Fortunately, my kids are going elsewhere now. I’d shop around. There are plenty of doctors out there. Don’t settle for people who nickel and dime you just to send your kids’ vaccination records to a new physician. So petty and cheap.
