Fabbrini’s Flowers is a second generation florist and the oldest business in Hoffman Estates. Jim Fabbrini is the current owner and was raised on hard work and great customer service., which landed him on the cover of Floral Management magazine.

Fabbrini’s Flowers deliveres to Chicago and 150 suburbs everyday. We are open and delivering 7 days a week.

This was the first time I ordered flowers through this vendor and I was extremely disappointed. The reason I chose this vendor was because of their Unilocal rating, but their service did not match up to their rating. I ordered the flowers for my anniversary and they delivered the flowers a day earlier than requested. The customer care representative mentioned that he would give me a store credit to make up for the mistake. I called the shop today to use my store credit and they did not honor my store credit and told me that they can give me a much lower credit than they had initially promised. I am extremely disappointed with their integrity. I would never go back to this shop again.

Outstanding quality and service you won’t get just anywhere. I’ve known Jim for years and use his store for every floral need. Just recently, I called him for a funeral arrangement for a friend who passed. Jim was genuinely concerned and shared in my grief. He thoughtfully laid out several options for me offering his opinion and what is most popular since I had never purchased for a funeral before. Jim was a bright spot on a sad occasion.
There is no one else I’d consider for floral needs. Thank you Jim!

We used Fabrinni flowers for my daughters recent wedding. It was a great decision! From our first meeting with Jim we felt we were in good hands. Jim brought out actual flowers to show my daughter which was very helpful because she is not familiar with flowers. We used an outdoor venue for the ceremony and my daughter wanted an arbor. Several other florists said it was not advisable due to wind conditions. Jim was extremely confident he could do it and he did not let us down! It was beautiful and very sturdy! The bouquets were the perfect compliment to the color scheme. Jim personally brought the flowers to the hotel and pinned all the men’s flowers on all the tuxes. The center pieces he created were the perfect height for conversation and were very beautiful. I am very pleased with our decision to use Fabbrini Flowers and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely use them for any future floral needs!

Awesome awesome florist. Jim Fabrini is a great florist I used them for my wedding and my flowers were stunning. Tons of compliments. They transformed a simple plain hotel venue to an elegant colorful vision! They did it with little coaching from me. I had some concepts and after one short meeting and a few pictures they nailed it! Very very economical and exceptionally easy to work with!

Called at noon for a same-​day delivery to a nearby business location. No problems with the order, Brenda took my order and was able to get the dozen mixed roses in a great presentation, along with a message on a card, and deliver within 3 hours at a fair price for great quality. I initially planned on ordering from other, cheaper local florists that went through the large online companies like Teleflora, 1−800-Flowers, etc. but was skeptical of their service based on their reviews. My wife did say that this arrangement looked nicer than a previous 1−800-Flowers order.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cool place to visit for flowers, especially if is’t Saturday afternoon and everything else is closed! Prices are not bad at all, can always go to jewel if looking for cheaper (but who wants to wait 15 minutes in lines and deal with glaring looks of bored customers?), but you only get what you paid for so…

I decided to place my first order today with Jim, owner of Fabbrini’s Flowers. Since I am an avid listener of the Steve Dahl podcast, I knew how to contact him and get great service regarding ordering flowers… Mr. Dahl seems to always place his own orders for his family and friends through Fabbrini’s, so if it’s good enough for Steve, it’s good enough for me.
My sister is getting married tomorrow, and of course I wait until the very last minute to send her flowers. To throw a wrench in it, my sister has now moved to a rural area outside of Ft. Worth, TX, making it tough to deliver through most places. They typically don’t want to take an order out to such a small and difficult area to maneuver, but Jim made every effort to get her the order we placed today, delivered today, even though I said tomorrow on the wedding day would be perfectly fine. He went above and beyond to help me and my mom get these orders placed for my sister, and I couldn’t be more appreciative.
As I later described to Jim in a message back to him with photos of the flowers he helped put together, he now has a customer for life. I couldn’t ask for better customer service, and the special touches needed in order to make both bouquets beautiful. I’m forever grateful Jim, as it seems you really made my sister’s day, and made us look like heroes. Thank you.

I’ve been having a hard time recovering from surgery that ended up being much more complicated than anyone had expected. Many of my friends had thoughtfully brought/​delivered flowers to me to cheer me up. Yesterday the doorbell rang and a nice young lady delivered a vase of flowers from Fabbrini’s, and they are the most gorgeous flowers I’ve ever received! I will always order from Fabbrini’s in the future, now that I have side by side comparisons between different florists. Thanks Jim!

Outstanding! Jim, Bryan and staff did such a great job of taking care of my request. Sending out gifts to doctors for my business, Doyle Opticians of Deerfield. Heard the commercial on Steve Dahl’s podcast and I decided to give the business to a small independent business and it paid off. Fabbrini’s presentation was great, they took care of delivering several pieces all over with no hassle and priced right. I will definitely use them as my go to florist! Thanks Jim. Keep up the good work, and of course did all this over the phone and through email. It could not have been simpler.

I’m not a big reviewer, but I felt obligated to let people looking for a flower vendor that I would recommend the Fabbrini a million times over. He has been in the business for a long time and you could really tell. The minute I met Jim, he was a very calming and confidant person who I immediately knew I could put my trust into. It seemed every time I was in the shop, there was a return customer saying, «I work with Jim for all my flower needs and he is the best!». I was Not disappointed. He worked with my budget and did NOT nickel and dime me, which I appreciated considering your wedding is one of the most expensive and important days of your life wrapped up into one fun little ball of stress. I showed him what I liked and my vision and he went with it. My dream was to be married in a garden so the flowers we a very important part of the big day. The day of the wedding, it rained right up until about 45 minutes before the ceremony started, we had the backup space set, it wasn’t looking too promising. Jim, along with the other vendors knew how important it was for me to have my garden wedding. They watched the weather we were fortunate enough to catch a break. They busted their butts off to get me what I always wanted. They moved the entire wedding out to my original plan and I couldn’t be more thankful. I feel like the quality of my experience and special day was worth a million dollars (but really was a sliver of that). I couldn’t Thank Jim and his staff enough. They made me feel like the only and most important person that walked through his door. I would highly recommend him with confidante to anyone who asked.

I contacted Jim Fabbrini one week before my wedding. He met with me that day to discuss what I wanted. Jim showed me some colors and flowers and an example of how he would create the bouquets. On the day of the event everything was delivered and set up. Everything was beautiful from the bouquets, to the boutonnière, to the corsages. I couldn’t have been happier! Jim managed to exceed my expectations in a short time and for a reasonable price. Thank you Jim Fabbrini and Fabbrini Flowers!

Ordered flowers for our daughter from here for nurse’s week. Ordered early a.m.they were delivered to her office by noon as promised. Ordering was great with input from myself and the gentleman at the other end of the phone. We got a text message from our daughter along with a photo. She loved them and they were gorgeous… as promised. Living 2hrs. away we now know who to use when ordering flowers. thanks for the great service with attention to details as promised.

I needed a small bouquet of something to give my living room some brightness for a bridal shower, but I was working on a fairly tight budget. The young guy that helped me filled a vase with simple white and red carnations. I stayed within budget and had a simple, sweet arrangement for the shower.

This review is long overdue. I stopped in and attempted to make an appointment to discuss wedding flowers. It wasn’t terribly busy, so I was surprised when I walked in and wasn’t greeted. I stepped up to the counter and not 1, but 2 girls glanced up, saw me standing there, and continued to work. I didn’t get a «hello», or «we’ll be right with you». Like an idiot I continued to stand there. I even said «hello?» once and got nothing. I walked out. I found a different florist. Sorry I’m not sorry that you lost a potential customer!

Absolutely love Fabbrini’s Flowers!!! What a wonderful job they did for our August Wedding! Jim Fabbrini, from our first meeting was so great to work with! Before our first meeting he has you fill out a questionnaire to get an idea of who you are and what your style is for the wedding. That extremely helped the process run smooth right from the get go. He is even in-​tune with Pinterest and ask to see some of your pins! Loved that! Jim also did a great job staying within our budget. The bouquets he made for my bridesmaids and I were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. He incorporated my «something borrowed» into my bouquet and made it look great! Everything he touched and created looked beautiful on my wedding day. Not only is Jim an amazing florist but a great person who cares about his work and making sure his clients are happy. Have now found our go-​to florist!

We used them for our wedding this year and they did a bad job. The flowers were not the right color pink. We were very adamant about not wanting hot pink roses for the wedding, we asked for a blush pink in the consultation with Jim and he showed us exactly what we were looking for. The day of he shows up with hot pink roses! We had to send them back. The second time he comes back with the right color but the roses looked half dead. Would never use them again.

Could not be happier with Jim and his staff. They were just used at our daughters wedding and everything was great. Jim personally was at my house to drop of the bride and attendants flowers. He then went to the church to ensure the groomsmen were all ready and then was at the reception hall to ensure the flowers were in place. He worked within our budget and was very creative.
In addition I have purchased other items from the store and have been very satisfied.
I would recommend him to other people

I used this company for my wedding. My bridal bouquet was beautiful but my bridesmaids bouquet’s were nothing like i wanted it is as they did not even listen to me, then i was told they will bring all the bouquets to the church and add the flowers to make the bouquets like i wanted, and sure enough they did not even do that so 50% of my photo’s are without out the bouquets i paid for, also on the day of they wedding they made me pay $ 10 more for flower girl petals something i thought i had already paid for. I was upset and will never use them again.
