Cold Wave Refrigeration and Air

I hired this company, (they also go by the name All Service Refrigeration & Appliance) to fix our noisy dryer. They charged us $ 200 to install a $ 8 part.
The manager (Lee) came out first, pointed to the part he was going to replace (it looked like a major part) and said $ 200 parts and labor, I said okay. A different guy (Tom) came back a couple of days later, he didn’t bring in anything that looked like the part to be replaced. He said he needed another part (the bearing in the back of the drum, Lee didn’t even look that far), said he would come back in 2 days with the bearing. When he came back he only replaced the bearing. I asked about the front part and he said nothing was wrong with it. I since looked it up the cost of the bearing, it’s $ 7.95 on line. So we were charged $ 192 in labor!!! Each visit took 15 minutes, and there should have only been two, the third was due to incompetence.
The dryer is working, but the price seems way out of line.
