This place cleans carpets for cheap but you get amateurs who will ruin your carpet and your day. I got my carpet cleaned twice from these people. The first time, they did a decent enough job. However, the second time it was a nightmare. They soaked my carpet in soapy water and left.
I had hair sticking to my feet. When i called to complain, I was told that they would send somebody to inspect. 1 week later, same guy shows up and tells me it is my fault that there is hair on my carpet.
When i called the company, they tell me that they are not here to vacuum but to steam clean. This must be a joke because they call themselves carpet cleaners. Further they blame me for not giving proper instructions to an idiot who wouldn’t listen to me.
I have learned my lesson. It is better to shell few extra bucks and hire professionals than have to work with these amateurs.
