I can see no point in further dealings with such an uncoordinated dysfunctional group, in the words of another detestable, Donald Trump — You are Fired!
…my recommendation; Spend a few more bucks, stay away from this company!
Dealing with Safeco s’ scurrilous contractors and shell companies such as Agero has proven that though we pay their so called insurance you are unlikely to see any actual coverage and therefore should have no faith in their verbal or written assurances.
Some interesting reviews here on Agero (aka Cross-​Country) …they parallel my recent experience… a rip-​off or clip-​joint! …their Tow Truck drivers are questionable as well…

I recently moved out of state and used Poliseek to purchase insurance through Safeco. It’s been a two-​month nightmare. I feel embattled. Every week I get a different letter or phone call about why they will cancel my insurance — first it was because they said I didn’t do the inspection (I did), then they said I didn’t submit photos (which they never told me they needed, and now they’re saying they don’t need them), now they are saying I need a driver’s license from my new state of residence (3 hours of waiting in line at the DMV. You’re welcome!). All the while I had NO direct line to an agent, and would have to wait on hold every time I called to discuss the latest letter of rejection.
Last week they confirmed on the phone that I was, in fact, insured (yay! I can actually drive the car that I’ve been paying insurance on for the past two months!); the next day, they sent a check for a full refund of my «cancelled insurance.» This week they sent a bill for premium due! WTF? Why send a refund if I owe you $$$?
They are also unclear about how long I have to stop them from cancelling my insurance. One agent said 11/​10, another said 11/​17, and a letter said ¹¹⁄₁₇.
Update: I submitted the documents on ¹¹⁄₁₇. In a telephone call and in a written letter, they confirmed that my coverage was not interrupted. Then, a few weeks later, I get a letter from the DMV saying that Poliseek/​Safeco informed them on ¹⁄₁₇ that I was no longer insured. So I sent in paperwork to the DMV stating my continuous coverage. They weren’t satisfied. I hounded Poliseek to send me the proper documentation. They sent some that had the wrong dates (such as six months in the future). The DMV’s letters kept getting more threatening, and dealing with this hassle caused by Poliseek/Safeco’s error wasted a ton of my time and created a lot of unnecessary stress.
I have had no problems for the past two months. But after four months of nearly continuous drama, it’s a small reward.
