I always get good Service

Not my favorite Subway location, mainly because of the seating arrangement. It’s like you are either sitting eating your food in the line or near the garbage can. Not that appealing. Sandwiches were fine enough and the customer service was ok too.

Super slow. All the tables were dirty. My hot sandwich was absolutely cold. Friendly enough staff. Probably won’t be back.

I went there one day for lunch. There was 3 people in front of me. However, the older Indian gentleman was taking his time while making the sandwiches.
Finally my turn arrives. I ordered 2 veggie subs on wheat. This guy was putting brown tomatoes on my sub! I told him to take those off, all he did was rip the tomato in half placing the good half on my sub. Then he puts 3 banana peppers on my sub. I told him,” I like banana peppers!” I had to repeat this statement 3 times. So he puts 2 more on. So that is a total of 5 banana peppers for a guy who likes banana peppers.
I go back to work and notice this guy was very cheap on the ingredents, barely filling the sandwich.
I go to the one on Plainfield road or the one in the Gas City on willow springs from now on.
