Upon making a reservation request during a busy time of year when there are few cabins available as it is, I tried to reserve a cabin from here for my boyfriend’s birthday. Keep in mind, the rates quotes are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. I rec’d what looked like a canned email response that said:
We are sorry, we are not able to accept your reservation request.
When I further inquired if there had been a problem with my reservation, the response I rec’d was:
As the cabin sleeps 6, and there is a extra charge for extra guests, was looking for a larger crowd, or longer stay…
