MathPlus® is a personalized math tutor program, with an emphasis on critical thinking, for students in grades 1 – 12.
History
Established in 2006.
MathPlus® opened its first center in Hockessin, Delaware in 2006. Prior to opening this center, the owner had been in the supplemental education business for 5 years. He opened his own center with three goals in mind: to provide a student-friendly environment for learning, to equip students with strong math foundations, and to help students become confident learners and critical thinkers.
The MathPlus program has been growing steadily for the last 10 years. From using 3 teaching assistants in 2006 to now using 40+ teaching assistants every weekend.
