We are one of 350 franchises located within the US and Canada. The corporate office was established in 1987 and is located in Memphis, TN.

Cheryl Myers and Lisa Roddis decided to start their own home inspection business in 1995 and bought this franchise.

This particular franchise is celebrating it’s 15^th anniversary of business and has performed over 20,000 home and ancillary inspections over the years.

We enjoy dealing with many Realtors and home buyers, and even home sellers who may want to get a Pre-​list inspection before selling their homes.

I am the owner and President of AmeriSpec Home Inspection Service since 1995. As the owner I have had the opportunity to grow within the real estate industry and we are now one of the largest home inspection companies in Delaware. We have built our reputation over the last fifteen years by providing outstanding customer service to our clients. We adhere diligently to contract deadlines and supply the client with unbiased overall condition of the property for which they are interested. I am a member of the New Castle, Kent and Sussex County Board of Realtors. I am very proud of our company and the service we perform from the initial booking to the final delivery of our product. I feel that we work together as a great «team» and will continue to do so going forward.
