The Honeymoon Concierge

Carli helped us plan our honeymoon to Thailand and we can’t say enough great things about our experience. She was extremely responsive, listened well and asked questions to best customize our trip. The logistics execution was flawless and she even hooked us up with some pretty sweet upgrades (pool villa! champagne!) throughout the trip that we probably wouldn’t have received on our own. She even sent us a bottle of champagne and a hand written note before we left. Every detail was accounted for, her knowledge and resources in planning our destination honeymoon were invaluable and I’d recommend her to any couple looking to plan a honeymoon or a romantic trip.

My fiancé reached out to Carli and at first I was very skeptical, thinking there was no way we aren’t going to be hit with a hidden charge or something like that. It was completely the opposite and better than i could have imagined.
Carli helped us navigate our trip through Italy and Paris easily laying out options for hotels and adventures from cheaper to more expensive. We get 5 star treatment from all the hotels we stayed at thru her (nothing like having the hotel manager in Capri take you to the patio when you check in and pop a bottle of champagne in your honor)
We even had one of our flights get cancelled and Carli was able to get us a refund for the night of our hotel stay we missed in Sorrento Italy.

Carli is beyond amazing! I have no words to express how grateful I am to all the work Carli put into planning my honeymoon to Greece. The day of our departure our flight was cancelled due to rain storms. I contacted Carli and within minutes she responded to my distressed email. My husband and I were put on the next flight and off we were to our honeymoon in beautiful Greece. During the process, Carli kept a close eye on our flight and even suggested changing our flight in order to have a slightly longer layover in order to make sure we caught our connecting flight. She was always so lovely and kind during our interactions. I later received my full honeymoon itinerary with a bottle of champagne and a personalized note! I was not only grateful but so impressed at her thoughtfulness. While in Santorini, Carli called the hotel to check on us and made sure our room was upgraded. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this process was and how relieved I was to find someone that I could trust to plan my dream honeymoon. I have recommended her to everyone I know and will also be using her services on future trips around the world. Thank you Carli!!!

Carli Fernandez helped plan our entire honey moon in Hawaii and hooked us up on free room upgrades and newly wed gift baskets in two of our hotels. She was super easy going, friendly, and quick on email and or phone reply’s. We didn’t have to pay her any additional cost for planning the trip; we told her what we wanted and she delivered.
