The Bar Method™ is a barre based workout that creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-​shaping principles of isometrics, the body-​elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise format that quickly and safely reshapes and elongates muscles.

The result is a noticeable «Bar Method» sculpted body featuring:

Meet the Business Owner

Lucia and Melissa L.

Business Owner

Owners Lucia and Melissa met in 2011 when they were both students at The Bar Method Summit. They both fell in love with the technique after their first class, and from then, they both knew they wanted to make their passion something of their own. In Lucia’s prior life, she was a womenswear buyer and Melissa used to work in project management in the pharmaceutical/​medical device industry.

As previous students, both Lucia and Melissa know that The Bar Method is more than just a workout, it’s a community that shares the same addiction. The Bar Method classes challenge clients physically, and also mentally. All classes welcome anyone who is or isn’t familiar with the technique… there’s always a way to work harder and become stronger!

Lucia and Melissa are so excited to share their passion with the Hoboken community.
