Stevens Park Dog Run

It’s a dog run in Hoboken so it has been renovated in the last couple of years. Gravel substrate. Some dogs love and others don’t.
Problem is, as all Hoboken dog runs, that it is small. I have a big dog which means he can’t get a good run in.
People keep it clean and well stocked it water bowls and balls.

They just renovated this dog run and it’s gorgeous. They added a canopy for the rain (so the dogs parents don’t get soaked!)

This run needs some work.
Things it has going for it:
— Decent size
— Plenty of shade during the summer
— Adequate fencing
— Has poop bag dispenser but no poop bags
— Has water for dogs
— Bathrooms near run for humans
Things it has against it:
— Poop bags are rarely available
— Limited seating
— Crushed stone ground cover
— No separate large ams small dog runs
Add another run for small dogs, improve water that is available, add seating and this is a slid 3 star run. Upgrade ground cover and new fencing probably a 4 star run.
