Description

Specialties

We specialize catering to Hoboken, New Jersey for Corporate Lunches, Parties, and more.

History

Established in 1993.

Pure Pita comes to you from the originators of Pita Grill. Since 1993, Pita Grill has been serving up delicious, healthy eats in the Manhattan and northern New Jersey areas. We have recently decided to pursue our true goal which is to expand and franchise our concept. In our efforts, we came to realize that others had unfortunately duplicated our name of Pita Grill, so we decided to rebrand and recreate ourselves as Pure Pita. Our menu is staying mostly the same with a few improvements and additions that will make your experience even more satisfying.

Business Owner

Nicholas Andelora — Nicholas has been in the restaurant industry for his whole working life. He graduated from Montclair State University in 2007 with a degree in Recreation and Hospitality. While attending Montclair State University he began working at Outback Steakhouse and remained there until 2009. During his tenure at Outback Steakhouse he realized that restaurants were a true passion of his and he wanted to make it his career. After leaving Outback Steakhouse, Nicholas was the general manager at Energy Kitchen before moving onto his first venture as an owner with Hudson Pizza Company in Hoboken, NJ. While working in Hoboken he met Bennett Orfaly, executive chef of Pita Grill. Nicholas decided to request the culinary services of Mr. Orfaly as he created Pure Pita. With Mr. Orfaly’s assistance, Nicholas hopes to grow the Pure Pita brand into a nationally recognized restaurant chain in years to come.
