Matanai was started in New York City by Anna Denisova. Anna got her first experience in the world of high-end jewelry when working at Damiani, a legendary Italian luxury jewelry house. Having grown up the Far East, Anna sought to combine her passion for jewelry design and her love of authentic Asian culture, and Matanai was born.
