Ronald Bautista, CEO and partner at HoboKlean, payed his way through college as a cleaning worker for 4 years and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International business. He realized that the cleaning service industry is in a high need of social change, and the same industry must be the highway that will cause that change. If he was able to pay his way through college by working in cleaning, there is a real opportunity for many to also improve their living standards. However, a socially responsible house cleaning business is not composed just of a fair salary; it is also about safe working conditions, the motivation of a purpose, and the proper image a cleaning worker deserves.
