As experts in our field we have provided legal testimony at local and regional planning and zoning hearings and have lead teams in the analysis, production and presentation of technical reports and visual aids. We have successfully assisted our clients to obtain legal variances and approvals from various governing authorities.

Business Owner

Derk Garlick is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and US Green Building Council (LEED-​AP). His diverse career experience ranges from detail oriented high end-​residential townhouses to complex performing arts facilities, restaurants, medical, dental and professional offices.
