Meet the Business Owner

Zeynep B.

Business Owner

Zeynep is an Organizational Psychologist and has over 10 years of experience advising on organizational change and leadership capacity. She began her career as community organizer and advocate, during which she directed an initiative in South America that worked to build organizational capacity for indigenous community organizations. There, she coached community leaders and non-​profit managers, and through her private consulting practice, she provided executive coaching for business owners and corporate executives. Zeynep later moved into management consulting to transition her expertise to the private sector; her focus was primarily on the world of business combinations. She founded Create Resonance in 2012 to continue her work in organizational consulting. Her specific areas of expertise are in the EchoesTM Coaching Circles, team building and leadership capacity work through individual and on-​site executive coaching and training, and planning and leading change efforts.
