Well my review was the one that started this and that was before our wedding. So I figured it was only right for me to review the service we received now that the wedding is over. I will say our pictures were amazing and we’ve received many compliments on the photos. That’s about all I have to say that’s good though. First of all before the wedding, Andrew was supposed to call me to settle all the details. That was the week before the wedding. I didn’t hear from him that week. It wasn’t until 2 days before the wedding when my now husband called again to say how upset we were that we hadn’t heard from him that he finally called us back. Fast forward to the wedding day. No shots of the groomsmen getting ready were taken. No shots at the salon were taken. A little upsetting. Well now the wedding is over. I finally received a link to download the photos a week ago (2 months after the wedding) and this was after multiple unreturned phone calls and emails. I was supposed to have the disc of all the images that I paid for sent to me and that was supposed to be 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive that and I doubt I will. I emailed Andrew this am to ask where it was. The message has been read but of course I have no response. Also, when we met with Andrew he showed us how easy it was to photoshop things out of pictures and actually made a comment along the lines of somebody not taking pride in their work if they can’t photo shop background things out of pictures. Well, he must not have been proud of his work on our wedding because throughout the day when he would get pictures with random houses or such he would comment oh we’ll just photo shop that out. Unfortunately it looks at though our pictures were uploaded from his camera and that’s it. No color correcting or anything of the sort. Some of the most beautiful pictures he took has a random house from our subdivision in the background. Of course if he uses these pictures for any magazines or proofs of his work, i’m sure that house and the random subway cup in one of the pictures will be photoshopped out. All in all, I’m very grateful for the mostly beautiful pictures that we received. However, the lack of communication before and after the wedding and the lack of follow through from Andrew makes me hesitant to recommend him.
